this is the most adorable little gourmet cafe!!! i cant wait to come back. The staff was excellent, and the food fantastic. I will admit that it is a-little pricey but you can tell that they put time and effort into making their food delicious, and again it gourmet

The "Monster" was the best grilled cheese I've ever eaten - so much so that I hesitate to even call it a grilled cheese. Split a creme brulee for dessert, which was fresh and warm as we like it. Will definitely be coming back!

This is a very small and quaint cafe. Great energy and the staff is lovely. We did wait for 45 minutes for a table at 6 PM on a Tuesday but the weather was nice out and the location allowed for a nice walk. Food was very good, large menu selection and reasonable pricing. Good for people of all ages and small groups.

Delicious. It was so good that I forgot to take the picture before starting to eat. Best dinner in the area and the waitress was great.

The food is great and the service matches it. We’ve been to both their lunch and dinner service and had great experiences, especially as they accommodate us following our 1 year old as he roams the floor/halls weaving through the staff and greeting the tables. We highly recommend dining here, even to just grab a drink/appetizer and to be part of the community it provides.

The go to on Beverly Road. The bar hits perfectly and the burgers are well made and tasty.

First visit. We are from Michigan, but visit family often in Pittsburgh and we will definitely be back. Great menu, atmosphere and service. Unique preparation of menu items, puts IO above the rest. Terrific kids menu too! Our server Mike was very welcoming.

Delicious food- both dine in and take-out. Steak salad is my favorite. Their dressings are amazing. Small space, but it doesn't feel crowded.

Can’t say enough about this gem - sandwich’s are always delicious - the homemade chips are addicting - priced right - never disappoints

This was the 1st time I visited. Parking is difficult. I ended up parking in some residential neighborhood and walking down.

I ordered the Monster grill cheese and some crispy tofu pieces. I've never had tofu before. They didn't really have a taste until you dipped them in the sauce. Decent.

The Monster Grill cheese sandwich was AMAZING! The pulled pork was tender and it was perfectly cheesy. The portion was so big that I could only eat half and saved the other half for dinner. I warmed it back up in the air fryer and it was great!

The staff were friendly and quick! The wait time was accurate so my food wasn't sitting around while I was still traveling to the store.

The sweet potato fries were the perfect side for this as well. I will definitely order again!

Io is a great little place. Good amount of variety on the menu from pasta to fried rice to sandwiches. Seems like there is usually a special which is nice to mix things up. Standouts for me have been the tomato soup, tofu appetizer and branzino dinner, but haven't gone wrong ordering anything on the menu.

Food and Staff absolutely incredible. Food is always a hit and very consistent. Could not recommend this place anymore for great comfort food

I love this place. They have many vegetarian options that are very good. I regularly get the roasted vegetable salad. Their spicy veggie grilled cheese is also very good. For appetizers, I love their beans & greens and crispy tofu. Both of their soups (tomato basil & french mushroom) are amazing. They also have fun, unique cocktails. I will say though in my experience, I like their lunch foods better than their dinner foods. I have gotten a pasta entree as well as the vegetarian rice entree and was not as impressed. But I'd eat their apps, soups, and sandwiches all day!

We have eaten here on several occassions and every meal we have ordered so far has been excellent. Pleasant service even when very busy. Never any issues.

This has been our "go to" restaurant in Mt Lebanon for several years. The food is consistently good and reasonably priced. The fish tacos are a standout, also the shrimp & polenta dinner. Lots of soups to choose from. The cocktails are wonderful. The service is always great and friendly. We feel right at home here.

This place is delicious. Food tastes fresh and made well. Got the fried green beans which were very lightly breaded with tempura, which allowed the flavor of the vegetable to come thr through. Main course was tofu stir fry. Flavored with a light soy sauce ( not thick and syrupy) and vegetables. It was so good. Casual atmosphere. Go here you won't be disappointed.

We ordered mac n cheese, loaded potato soup, beef veggie soup and the roasted chicken sandwich....it was DELICIOUS!!!! Great value$$$$ and the place is CLEAN and the staff was very polite and friendly. Will look forward to trying more of their soups!!!!
