Very nice establishment. Services were professional and the staff is exceptionally helpful. I attended the funeral service of a close friend recently and I was impressed with the excellent service and friendliness of the staff. Gary and the Ball family go above and beyond what is expected to help others find inner peace. While times have definitely changed, and the manner in which families honor a loved one has also changed, the Ball Funeral Chapel's dedication to the families they serve has not changed with the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Over the last twenty years, Ball Funeral Chapel has handled the services first for my infant son, and then more recently for my brother. First class all the way! Highest level of compassion and professionalism in the industry!

With each member of my family and friends that I have sadly lost, Gary was more than compassionate and made the whole process seem effortless. He lifted a heavy weight off my shoulder's in my time of need and most importantly cared for my loved ones as if they were his own. For every funeral we have had there, NEVER once was there a complaint, just endless complements on the funeral home and what a great job Gary did always making our loved ones look their best! I have recently and will always recommend this funeral home to all my friends and family.

I can not say how positive the experience was with Gary at Ball Funeral services. He walked my brother, sister and I through a very tough day with the loss of my father. Compassionate, caring, and experienced is how I would describe Gary. He had every answer and made us all very comfortable. I would highly reccomend them for anyone. I would not consider any other place after dealing with Ball. Thank you very much from my family.

I met Mr. Ball and his wife on May 21 at his office, and they're very compassionate and personal. This is first time I have to take care of my parents' funeral and face death in my own family. I had been feeling as if there were big mountains over my head... After talking with Mr. Ball, I felt so relieved. He made things so simple and his price was so affordable, I have been so thankful that he is there for me and my family. I am not worried any more.
