Mitch is very nice and keeps me up to date on my car.

2nd time I've had my car repaired here. ( 2 separate incidents) and both times their work has been excellent. My car looks new! The Staff is courteous, I was kept informed of what was going on and I would recommend them to anyone needing work done on their vehicles.

The service here honestly deserves 10 stars!! My car was done in the time promised and it looks beautiful, they even cleaned my wheels, my car looks brand new!! Mitch's customer service is excellent. He went above and beyond. I would totally recommend Prailey's!!

Before I even dropped my vehicle off for repairs, Mitch had me stop in to rig everything into place so I could get a few more days of driving in, prior to leaving it for repairs. Front end damage was extensive, and a problem with tail lights that my local mechanic couldn't figure out was all address, with lifetime warranty! Looks better than it did when it came off the dealership lot brand new!

Two thumbs up for this shop. They do excellent work. They made my car like new. I would definitely highly recommend this place to anyone. They are very courteous.
