Jeff was absolutely amazing to work with!

I knew exactly what I was looking for and was ready to make a purchase for my husband’s Christmas gift. Jeff was not pushy in selling something I didn’t need. He explained everything very thoroughly and made sure I understood everything I was signing.

Jeff also gave me his cellphone number, told me if I should have any questions to contact him. I did text Jeff several times and he answered back within seconds.

Lastly, I wasn’t able to pick up the side by side since I was working. I asked Jeff if my parents could pick it up, he assured me they could and there wouldn’t be a problem. A few days later, my parents did pick it up and said there was no problems and no questions asked. Both my parents said how helpful Jeff was.

I picked up a new KLR from Jeff. I called before told him what I wanted he had it shipped from his warehouse within a couple days. Him and one of his guys helped me load it in my truck and that was it. Will definitely do business with him again and would recommend this place. In my experience they beat competitor's prices by a significant amount which to me makes me feel like they care about their customers more than making a quick dollar on them.

This dealership has always treated me well over the years. Jeff the sales manager was extremely helpful on my new snowmobile purchase and kept me updated on its delivery. I tend to have some bad break downs occasionally and the service department always gets me back and running quickly and efficiently. Also the parts and accessories department has always been helpful in getting me those last minute items for the next big trip. All around this dealership has a great group of people to work with 👍

Jeff was my Salesman. walked in looking for a bike and he had helped me with all questions and made sure to look up information to assist me with the bike that fit my needs. Super friendly atmosphere here at KW cycle. Upon purchase of my bike he had made sure my son had a very good quality helmet so he can ride with me and that alone stood out from the other guys (dealerships). I inquired about a seadoo via email and he called me promptly to schedule a pickup time.
The machine was prepped and ready to load exactly when he said it would be.

On the day of delivery, I paid Jeff, signed papers, and he loaded the ski onto my trailer for me while I was paying for accessories at the service counter. The entire process took about 12 minutes, was well streamlined and I was on the water in no time.

I was shopping around for my first bike and after visiting/calling 3-4 dealerships I am glad that I visited K&W. I didn't feel any pressure from the salesperson when I came in to the store to browse, or during the buying process.

I ended up purchasing a KLX 300 from Jeff. He was very helpful, straightforward, and also had the most fair price of all the dealerships I dealt with. I wouldn't hesitate to do business again, or send my friends and family to see Jeff.

I called and visited just about every power sports store in Oakland and Macomb Counties. Not only did K&W offer the best selection and no hidden fee bs pricing, my sales person Jeff was great. Buying my first quad was super easy and Jeff answered all the questions I had without ever making me feel like I was wasting his time. I highly recommend giving them a visit great people and great selection.

Don't waste your time going anywhere else! K&W cycle has one of the rare good guys in Jeff S. He recommended the perfect bike to replace my old KTM that's seen better days. Jeff is an excellent no-pressure salesman with exceptional customer service. Plus K&W's prices are better than the other guys. Wish I could give 10 stars instead of 5!

Was on the search for two new Jet Skis, called in and started working with Robbie & Stacey. Stacey was able to get me financing quick and easy, while Robbie helped me find the perfect machine to fit our needs. Had our first weekend with them and it was a blast!

We have never been treated better than we were at K&W, anywhere, ever. Emailed on a Monday for out-the-door price on a Can-Am Commander, and received the reply, literally, in minutes. Put a down payment via phone on Tuesday and let Jeff know we would be there (across state) on Thursday to inspect and purchase. When we arrived the paperwork was complete and ready to sign. The Commander was clean and polished. The extended warranty was better than we thought, and Jeff answered all our questions. I called the day after to order some accessories and the parts department is fabulous as well. We are very satisfied!!!

Thank you Robbie for the most amazing service and selling is our new can-am commander!! Literally made our dreams come true! We will definitely be enjoying the summer now!
