This is a reliable company with great people. The office staff I've spoken with are very nice and accommodating. More importantly, their employees in the field are outstanding. Our regular mat guy, Cody, is always punctual and friendly. He takes the time to engage with employees and communicates any changes to his schedule. Great group!

Uwe is a great asset to this company. He has serviced our account at our steel fab shop to our highest expectations. He's always pleasant to deal with and handles our day to day needs professionally and quickly.

We have had Unifirst at our restaurant for the past 6 years or so. Pretty good service, we like our delivery driver. The last 2 companies we had kept raising the price too much each year. Rob works with us to keep our towels and aprons stocked up.

Shawn always makes sure we have the uniforms we need for our staff. He checks in with us every week when he picks up/delivers for additional items that need ordered and checks for changes we need to make to our staffing list. He is very professional and attentive.

My time at Unifirst taught me exactly what is takes to be successful in sales. Their training on the national and local level is fantastic, and the Pittsburgh team was always extremely positive and supportive. In addition, Unifirst, just like any other sales job, requires that you are willing to hear constructive criticism from the people who have been in the industry with you. There may be times when you are put on the spot during training, but the whole purpose of that is to teach you how to handle adversity in the field. As with any sales job, you need to have thick skin in the field and a willingness to grow from feedback. Unifirst is no different; where they are different is that they know how to stand by you when things are tough and praise you when you are successful. Keep it up Unifirst Pittsburgh!
