Best place ever to store your items! Units are clean and well kept, and the rental prices are an amazing value for the space. Heather is the most friendly and helpful person you will ever meet, she took care of everything when I got my unit! She made the process so easy. With her help, I was able to get all my items in my unit by the end of the same day. I highly recommend this place. If you're in need of a storage unit, go here first!

So glad I found these guys!! I had to relocate in a hurry and wasn't even sure how much storage space I needed. Heather, Brian & the staff were EXTREMELY helpful & easy to work with. They showed me several different sized units and allowed me to reserve one several days ahead of time, which made my move a lot easier. Maybe best of all, they have really treated me like a person...not the same feeling you get when you feel like you're being "handled" by a big corporate entity. Very good people. Highly recommend.

Awesome facility and incredible top-level customer service. Very well managed and maintained. I walked in, had all my questions professionally and courteously answered; walked out with a unit reserved and a happy customer. I had never used a storage facility before and Brian at the Campbells Run Location was amazing. He was very welcoming and made the process comfortable, showed me a few different sized units since I was unsure what I truly needed. He even helped me the next day to show me around again since I was a bit overwhelmed with our move.

This review is long overdue. I have had multiple storage units at the Storexpress located on Campbells Run Rd for a few years. Recently, I had some questions and Heather was extremely helpful. She is always pleasant and easy to work with.

Great place to keep your extra belongings or extended storage. Ask for Heather, she was not only helpful but super nice and extremely knowledgeable about what size unit I would need. Highly recommend this place.

Store express Is a great place to store anything and everything not only that but the store manager is very polite, and she answered all my questions. We walked around she showed me everything. We laughed. Walking in I didn’t know if this was just gonna be any other storage unit that I’ve been to but it isn’t. I think her name was heather she was very helpful

Storexpress Robinson is the best place to store your belongings. Heather was absolutely the er and her staffbestevery kind, knowledgeable, caring and friendly, she helped me to select the proper size unit for what I was trying to store her and her staff keep the place clean, every one is very helpful with anything you need within reason, I would definitely recommend this place.

Was looking to rent a unit close to the Pittsburgh Botanic Gardens to store decor for a few months for our upcoming wedding. Heather could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable, anticipating our needs before we were even able to articulate them! Would highly recommend.

Clean facility. Great lighting to feel safe when going there during non-business hours. The lady in the office was so helpful in helping us decide which unit to get. Also walked us up to look at the unit before renting. Would us again !
