They gave me a tow. Reasonable pricing and fast service. All others I called said 3+ hr wait or next day service at the least! No way! Salem was great. Will use in the future if need be. Very professional and knowledgeable as my car was in a security shut down from original key with chip in it was lost. Dave I believe was the towers name.

Excellent service. Salem's worked with my insurance and told them what my vehicle needed as opposed to the insurance limiting what the body shop could do. They above and beyond what I was expecting. Staff was all friendly and helpful and service was prompt and fast. I will be using them for any future autobody work.

Rich and his crew did a great job and fast too! pearl coat paint matches perfectly and they detailed the whole car. Would definitely recommend them for any auto body needs.

I drop my wrecked vehicle off and my first concern was will I get it back in any condition close to what I remembered before the accident. I was pleasantly surprised when I got to the shop when it was completed. My car looked brand new. What was even better was when I got behind the wheel and everything was tight as it should be.
