From out of town, I visited the cemetery recently to visit friends' and family's graves. It is well maintained with thorough cleanings of bouquets in March and November.
I was unsure of one location and Jeff and Luke, the office workers, after giving me the location, graciously led me to it. Very much appreciated and so helpful.
Many of the newer brass vases don't hold water for winter temperature and cracking reasons. Would be great if slim plastic liners were sold in the office in order to leave fresh flowers. Be prepared if you go. As you can see, my vote is for fresh not artificial.

My husband and I went to find my Daddy. Luke was amazing. He went above and beyond. There was no marker due to my stepmother not signing papers. Luke—along with Nicole—helped with all of it. The care and concern was genuine and greatly appreciated. My Daddy will have his marker and not be forgotten all because two people cared enough, even though this was the first time we had met.

Like others I’m sure I had been dragging my feet on making arrangements. Didn’t want to think about it. But after both my parents passed away I figured I should for my kids. Didn’t want them to have to worry. We made an appointment with Nicole and we’re glad we did. She was totally prepared for us when we got there. She gave us ideas that we would have never thought of. At one point we were even laughing and joking around. Something that I never thought I would have been doing making final arrangements! She made us feel so comfortable and took the stress out of the whole process. I can’t recommend her enough. I’m so glad that is off my list now and I can enjoy life .

Nicole Clow was our representative. She handled our every question over a process of several months (due to our dragging our feet) even into the evening and remotely, since we do not live in PA. She was upfront, knowledgeable, personable, honest and gave us all of our choices in an organized manner, accommodated our schedule at every point, and made every effort to be sure we understood everything and got exactly what we wanted. I cannot praise her efforts too much. It is rare to find a service oriented person like Nicole anywhere. Now our wishes are documented and paid for and our children will have an easier time of it after we are gone.

After the passing if my father and following his wishes I went to Allegheny County Memorial Park on Duncan Ave. to place his ashes and my late brothers ashes also in the mausoleum. Entering the building I met Dan Greif. With the deepest compassion he helped me through the steps on making my fathers last wishes a reality. He made arrangements to make it possible to for other family members have the opportunity to pay their last respects apon the interment of our father and brother. Dan made sure the lettering and dates were installed on the crypt where they belonged. Because of his caring and demeaner my wife and I also made arrangements for our final resting place. He was very knowledgeable and understanding of our needs. We feel a great sense of peace as to the pressure that has been taken off our loved ones when the time comes because of Dans insight. I honestly can not thank Dan enough for everything he has done to make this rough journey much more bearable in our time of sorrow and need! Thank you Memorial Park and Dan Grief for everything! If I could give 12 stars out of 10 I would!

Nicole Clow was our representative - and she was outstanding!
She was patient, kind and very knowledgeable, and explained all the alternatives available to us. AND on occasion offered good possibilities that we had not considered. There has been a change in ownership AND a change in personnel recently and Nicole was assigned here in Western PA in Nov 2022 to manage at least 5 cemeteries in the Everstory Partners Company to include Memorial Park Cemetery. Our family had a number of plots at Memorial Park dating back over about 75 years. What a change!! My previous experience, when I was responsible for my mom & dad's arrangements was terrible...high turnover so dealing with several incompetent people, incorrect grave markers and incorrect information. Now a complete turnaround!! Highly recommend.

Well I had a better experience, so far, with this cemetery than others have in the past glad to say. My mother in 1998 purchased and "paid in full" a marker for her Mother, in 1998. I stopped by few weeks ago to visit Grandmother and ... no marker installed. I went to the office, the assistants pulled the original 1969 file for Grandmother, and made copies of the 1998 contract including the Paid in Full Receipt. Something happened in 1998 and it was never ordered.

Mom got sick and passed away a few years later; she never had the chance to make the trip back to the cemetery to see the marker.

Nicole, the new manager, contacted me back right away, and fulfilled the original contract from 1998. It's been 25 years, and the cemetery sounds like it has been sold at least once since then. If Nicole can keep hitting customer service home runs like this, it sounds like this cemetery is on the mend, hopefully. Looking forward to seeing the results fufilled!

I worked with Nicole Clow. She handled our planning very professional and couldn't have been easier to work with. I would recommend her to anyone. It is a difficult subject but she is excellent and very detailed in her approach. Good job and thanks again Nicole.

I was at Allegheny County Memorial Park recently to visit my grandparents' graves. As I live a good distance away, I hadn't visited, and I was lucky to be helped by Katie G. She was delightful throughout my visit: she found the graves and even led me to them in her car when I had trouble finding them. The next day, she happily helped me sort out some historical information, answered all my questions and ultimately resolved my issue. I could not have asked for more.

I happened to be there around the Fourth of July, and small American flags had been planted at veterans' graves. Even if family couldn't visit for some reason, the cemetery ensured that their entirely selfless contribution would continue to be honored.

Finally, I found the grounds peaceful and serene. Katie said I could come anytime, so I felt welcome. So much so, that I stayed for quite a while over two consecutive afternoons. Oddly, I didn't feel sad at all, but rather just happy to finally be close to them.

Was very pleased with Luke professional service person that assisted me in accomplishing all the purchases necessary for the opening and close and other services. I sincerely give my referral to any person looking for assistance in this times of need to ask for Luke.

edit update: my grandparents and Fathers graves where fixed and put together nicely. Thank you for all your help. My family appreciates it and the children can come and see their loved ones. Thank you so much.

My grandparents and father are buried here. We’ve have called numerous times to have the graves maintenced... (ie., fill in dirt, level headstones, ect.) the families graves next to ours are also in horrendous conditions (head stones uneven, sunk in, grass growing on top of them). Don’t get me started on the overzealous office staff that doesn’t care about the grief you are going through. It’s all about the mighty dollar. If you aren’t a strong person these people will railroad you, they are more worried on making commission, then they are the families. If I had a choice, my family would not be buried here. Worst experience ever.

I would like to recognize Zach and Lauren for all there kindness, knowledge, patience, understanding , that they gave my brother and I in the sudden death of our dear brother chuck. They did above and beyond what they needed to do to make things easy for us to honor our brother. They also did honors to my mother who passed two months prior by finishing things were to come to us fin honor of our mother also. What I loved best is when they came to us while we were visiting our loved ones graves with water, hugs, smiles, and cupcakes. I’m truly thankful for all they did for my family. Thank you so very much!! Carol

In the process of doing some ancestry research, a picture of my Father and Mother's mausoleum crypt showed some letters were missing. I called and informed them and it was fixed the same day, no questions asked! Great customer service!

Only use the many roadways to walk for exercise. It is a pleasant walk, both peaceful and pretty. Do not have friend, or family buried here. Walk here many times a week to stay in good health.
