Called for service and was told a window of 90 minutes. RJ showed up not an hour later and got to work, our equipment had sat for a while and even though it was cold outside he kept going and got us straightened out. For the people complaining about the credit card hold. The hold is to ensure payment on after hours service being credit cards cannot be run after normal business hours. It is a 24 hour hold until your bill is calculated and processed. The difference is then released. Night techs have no way to "quote you" as they are techs not salespeople.
