Keystone pharmacy, a step back in time, when your pharmacist is your friend. Always looking out for you and your families needs. I haven’t experienced this since I worked in a local pharmacy back in 80’s. Worked through high school and 2 yrs in college in a independent pharmacy. If you want exemplary service and whole family care, call William at Keystone. He and his team will go over and above what you expect. I’ve been a customer for 6 years and won’t go anywhere else.

These people take care of my mother‘s many many prescriptions. I can’t tell you how appreciative I am and impressed with this staff, super helpful and very efficient. I am not one to leave reviews but I have to because these people are one of the greatest in the field.

I absolutely love this pharmacy! They helped me with the cost of a med that is not covered by my insurance so that I could afford it, they auto refill my med and let me know it is ready to pick up, and all of my visits I have always had great customer service and experiences.

Hands down the best pharmacy in the area. The pharmacists care, and are non judgmental. Your prescription is filled FAST, unlike a lot of these pharmacies that just sit on it until you call and ask when it will be ready. You can call and actually talk to techs, and the pharmacists without sitting on hold. I refer everyone I can here! Thanks Keystone!

The staff are very professional, they understand the customers needs. I appreciate the courtesy calls and text when my prescriptions are ready. And the place is nice and very cl👍ean.

Extremely friendly and helpful. They just helped with my first time having Co-vid and being such a hypochondriac I really appreciated it. They help set up deliveries and give me any med help anytime I need it. 5 star all the way. Eric Henry

I just called in the last hour to ask a question and had the best customer service I’ve ever had for a pharmacy. I was genuinely shocked by how nice the experience was. Kudos to Willam and the team there.

Just recently started using this pharmacy but from my 1st contact with William I was treated with in the most respectful, caring & very helpful manner as possible! My pharmacy i was going to close & i was in dire need of a place to go & they were very understanding & willing to take me in & help me considering the hassle it is to find a pharmacy that carry my medication & having to meet certain criteria to be accepted!!! I was referred by a close friend & family member who also highly recommended them. Yes it's a little bit out of my way but definitely worth it considering the care i receive from employees at Keystone pharmacy!!!! If you're looking for amazingly great service KEYSTONE PHARMACY is definitely a place to go!!! Sincerely one extremely satisfied customer!!!! 😃

I called them today with med concerns and they helped me switch my pharmacy to them n filled my medication right away and I am so thankful for them I been out of certain medications for 2 months due to my old pharmacy never having what I need always being out of stock man am I grateful for keystone and the pharmacist there seems very kind and on top of things I give them 5 stars hands down

They have the sweetest most caring people working there!! They treat you like family. You are not a number you are a friend. Volume always takes care of me. As a friend and customer I recommend this Pharmacy more than any other out there!! I have to drive an hour or so away once a month. He is the only one to accept my insurance. And that drive is definitely worth it in the end after walking in and feeling so welcome there! Theyre extremely cautious staying sanitizes due to covid guidlines! I could not ask for better friends and staff

William is very thorough, caring and knowledgeable. I would bet he knows most if not all of his regular customers. When he doesn't have the answer to my question he takes the time to research and call me with the answer. He has also special ordered an item in for me. His staff is very friendly and helpful as well. Never a line and always a fast fill!

I would (& do) recommend anyone to kick their chain pharmacy to the curb & come join Keystone Pharmacy! I literally live right next to Rite Aid & would rather drive the 10-15 mins to Keystone. They care & go beyond to help u in any way u need. Prescription fills r quick. They answer any questions u have.

Just started going here three months ago, and the first time I went, I called and explained that I was close but realized it was kinda late, so I was seeing what time they closed. And he said they were about to close, I asked if he could wait just a few minutes because I live a little ways away, and he explained that he works a lot, and had something to do after work, so he couldn’t. Anyway, I pulled in to where the pharmacy is, so I could get a drink and use my GPS to get back home. Next thing I know, a truck pulls up, and the driver stopped my boyfriend walking into the store. He said he noticed our outta state tags and asked if we were who just called him, and my boyfriend said yes. Even though he was closed, he still allowed me to come in and fill my meds because he knew I was a ways away from my house and would have to make the drive again the next day. This pharmacy is VERY accommodating! William is very nice, and respectful!

Absolutely great place with very friendly and educated staff who are willing to help you out even if your new to town or from out of state, there out of pocket cost is also the lowest that I could find. They are very quick at fulfilling prescriptions and getting you on your way! Thanks again William...
