signed up for parking when I visited my sister in florida last year in one of the garages down there, it remembered all my information all I had to do was drive in and find a spot. Pretty neat

Never had had a problem parking here. Security is always onsite.

New app is great and easy once you do the initial setup which takes ~5 minutes

Convenient parking if there's no street parking left, be prepared to pay the usual garage fees though, other than that, it's a great convenient location

The Furnace Garage no longer has a $4.00 flat rate for the weekend. I got charged $14.74 total for 5 hours of parking there on Saturday night ($10.00 for the 5 hours, $3.75 tax and $0.99 service fee).

It would have been way cheaper to park on the street and feed the meter. It's only $1.50 per hour in Southside Works.

BTW, according to my friends, the other garages in the area also got rid of their $4.00 flat rates on the weekend. This includes the Ladle, Ingot, Hot Metal and Open Hearth Garages.

The next time I go to Southside Works I will definitely opt for street parking. I do not want to get ripped off again with those ludicrous garage rates and fees. Hopefully this post will help others avoid the "sticker shock" that I just experienced.

Sunday evening 1.5 hours and they racked me for $15.00. Total RIP OFFS. No posted costs the people at zCheese Cake Factory said it’s a flat rate at $4.50.

Absolute trash, they don’t want to pay people to watch the gate and expect you to use an website that does not work to pay in advance

Update the site didn’t work because Chase blocked the transaction due to reported fraud at this location

Terrible payment system, managed by foreign company? After the payment got an alert from my bank for an international transaction.

Overpriced. Costs double my gym membership just to park here a couple times a week.

Poorly marked for stairs or elevator and to take your ticket with you. Had to go back to car and check back of ticket. Then go back to the first floor to pay.
