We’ve always had a great experience with John Wilcox Heating and Plumbing. They have gone above and beyond to send people to look at our equipment quickly and taken care of multiple issues with our AC unit, water heater, and furnace. The office staff are friendly and helpful and the technicians explain things well. John himself is often personally involved in service to make sure things are done properly.

I don't know anybody from John Wilcox plumbing, and I've never used them before today, but they were absolutely awesome. I called them at 8 o'clock this morning to replace a faucet and they were here by noon. Did a great job, quickly, the service tech, Bill, couldn't have been nicer. The price was totally reasonable. A+.

We recently need a plumber and it was an emergency repair at our condo. They showed up within an hour and completed the repair very prompt and very Professional.

The Price was Amazing even though I called in an emergency. We own rental properties and John Wilcox is the only Plumber we would recommend highly.

John Wilcox Plumbing and Heating recently sent one of their plumbers, Bill, to install a new kitchen faucet. From start to finish we were impressed with the professionalism and extensive knowledge of the plumber and the administrative staff. The best plumbing experience we have had in quite some time! Highly recommend!!

Although I was prepared for a scare tactic up charge I was really surprised when it didn’t happen. The technician was on time, clean and respectful of our property, honest and knowledgeable. He inspected my furnace, gave it a clean bill of health and went on his way without any hassles. I had a very good experience and I would recommend them to anyone.

They were wonderful and prompt. Even though they had a busy schedule they understood our urgency and fit us in the schedule. Jerry was great and promptly fixed my blocked sink. Highly recommend John Wilcox Plumbing & heating.

Extremely professional from the first phone call to throughout the completion of a complex plumbing job. The office was polite and quick to schedule and followed through with an email confirmation. Bill showed up both times exactly on time texting before hand that he was on his way, explained the job, and did a great job updating a 100 year old shower with new fixtures and even cleaned up when he was done. You can't beat prompt and curtious service. I'll definitely use them again and will highly recommend them to everyone.

We've had Bill from Wilcox Plumbing work on emergency issues 3 times at our home, and also one routine installation job. Each time he's friendly, fast, and tidy. He obviously knows his craft very well. This most recent time I even called in the late evening just to try to get in line for the answering machine call back the next day, and their evening call service picked up the phone!

They really seem to value existing / repeat customers, which is refreshing these days. And the fact I've had the same guy show up for 4 calls over a period of 3 years - I think it says a lot about the company.

I was originally referred by my neighbor, and I never hesitate to say "I gotta guy" when soemone needs a plumber.

On top of all this excellence, the prices have been resonable. It feels good when you get next day service, and when you see the bill you think "Wow, that's not bad at all!" Well worth avoiding the potential aggravation of trying to resolve plumbing issues myself. No jokes about comparing the cost to medical procedures here!

Everything from the initial communication, to Bill calling and asking if he could show up a little early, then the detailed explanation of the repair and the finished product was exactly on point.
Bill was professional and efficient and we could not have been more impressed with this company. No upsell whatsoever and the price was more than fair.

The 2 guys from JohnWilcox arrived on time. At the time I booked the appointment (Monday Afternoon) the office asked me to take pictures of where the leak was coming from. So, when the guys got to my house, they knew exactly what they needed to fix the problem. There was a good bit of work since they had to cutout the leaking old trap (installed when the house was built in 1949. Using PVC pipe they created a new trap. No more leak!!

They did an excellent job cleaning up and they were good guys who explained what they were doing. Price was very fair

Mark and his colleague stayed over 9 hours to fix our water heater and other issues. I can’t recommend these folks enough…they really saved our bacon. They have earned my business for life.

They were very friendly and easy to deal with when I made my initial call to them. I had to have a water heater replaced and they had someone out to my house next day to assess my needs and to answer any of my questions about the replacement. I had a quote in my inbox early the next morning and by the afternoon they had a new water heater installed and hot water flowing. The installers were knowledgeable and professional and answered the few questions I had about my specific install. Will call them again if I ever need services they provide.

My furnace went out and it is getting really cold. Ugh. I called John Wilcox Plumbing Heating Cooling and they came out first thing the next morning. Fixed my problem quickly and sent me a quote for future needed work. Very fair price. I couldn't have been happier and will most definitely use them in the future. Really nice guys, too. I recently had a 25+ year old furnace and ac unit replaced. I cannot stress enough on how professional, diligent, and friendly the technicians from John Wilcox were. After the installation of our new equipment they cleaned up the workspace they were working in and checked with us to make we understood all of the work they completed. Before leaving our house they probably tested out the equipment to make sure it was functioning properly and to our liking. I would wholeheartedly recommend John Wilcox to any person who may need any HVAC work done.

Called after 6pm and was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. The company is very communicative via text and email. Bill texted when he was on his way and arrived earlier than the scheduled appointment time. He was professional and took his time to explain everything thoroughly and fix the problem in a timely manner.

I've used Wilcox for the entire spectrum of HVAC and Plumbing services. Happy to have used them for: Entire stack replacement + waste, 2 A/C units + 1 mini-split, furnace replacement, toilet flange leak/repair, Thermostat replacement, air duct correction/re-engineer. Most happy with how the stack replacement was able to be done in stages to work with our remodeling progression and living needs. They also use good American products and make very good referrals for product vendors.
