#1 Cochran Nissan Monroeville

The service team is fantastic, I won’t take my car anywhere else. I work with Dallas and Cody and both are so helpful. I took my car to private mechanics for years and they caused me nothing but problems, my car was constantly in the shop. As soon as I brought it to Nissan Dallas made sure to get it in front of an experienced technician who fixed my car issues and it was no longer in and out of the shop. The cherry on top was it was a lot cheaper than the private mechanics. Recently my car needed to be towed up to the dealership because my breaks were metal on metal, and it needed a bunch of other stuff as well. Cody had great communication with me the whole time and made sure it was done by Friday morning for me. Kathy the pathy is all fixed up and driving like a charm, thanks to this wonderful team. I’ll say it again, I’ll never take my car anywhere else.

Let me start by saying I loath vehicle salesmen & the whole vehicle purchasing process. But man did Ryan Wojciechowski impress me. Cool, calm & honest. He answered every question I had and worked with me to get me in the truck is my dreams. I couldn’t say enough good things about my experience here. I was never pressured into anything and I was kept in the loop the entire time.

The only negative experience I had was the length of time it took. But not everything in life comes easy & fast like my ex. Lol

If you’re going to ever shop at Cochran automotive use Darius as your salesman. He was very fair and got us the best price. We shopped around for almost 4 months to find the best price, lowest miles and best warranty and finally found it at Cochran.

I took my vehicle in for warranty repair and was very impressed by the service I received! Natalie was my point of contact and she was very professional and prompt in keeping me updated. She made sure of was aware and comfortable with the repairs being done. I would definitely recommend #1 Cochran for any service or purchase.

REDEMPTION POST! I’m so excited to come back to Cochran Nissan in Monroeville. I was scared at first but after seeing all the new reviews of how great they were doing since I stopped, it was time. With Dallas holding my hand again (as he is the best)we got everything done ASAP! Kevin Anderson was awesome and personally assured that he would oversee everything which he absolutely did!

The entire staff was incredible, communication perfect, my car in top shape and all the work I needed completed in 24 hours! The list was LONG of what I needed from years of fear which is now gone! EXTREMELY accommodating! Was so happy with the service from the staff and the work.I was having fun and didn’t want to leave! Shout out to Uncle Ted with the best jokes. My nerves were instantly put at ease after what happened in the past. So happy to be back!

First of all, I commend Dallas Hawkins for being extremely helpful in every aspect! He made my service appointment painless! It almost makes me want to break down just so I can use him again. Service tech was right on point , advising what the condition was and completed what I asked for lightning fast! Keep up the good work guys, as far as I’m concerned , no one can hold a candle to Cochran Nissan Service Drpartment!

Rob Smola was my sales guy and he was so incredibly helpful. He treated me with respect, didn’t pressure me to make a rash decision, and gave me more information than I got at any other dealership I went to. Everyone at Nissan made the process easy and enjoyable. I would 100% recommend Rob and the folks at Nissan for your next car-buying experience.

I brought my car in because I had plastic stuck around my exhaust pipe this is what I explain to customer service person. He said they would do their best to get the plastic off the pipe. He was very polite and my car wasn’t in the shop long and the price wasn’t outrageous.

Darius was extremely easy to work with. His response time was timely,. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made my purchase decision easy and the process was efficient.

I'd taken my car for a walk in appointment first an oil change and tire rotation and was told my car did not need a tire rotation since my best tires were already up front. I was impressed by the honest accessment, and only had to pay for the oil change. I was even sent a video showing the tread on each tire as back up. The video also showed my oil pan being drained for the oil change. I appreciate the fast, efficient, honest service and the courteous service staff! I'm glad to have found a place I believe I can rely on since relocating back to the area!

Very helpful in diagnosing the problem with my car and scheduling, repairing and fulfilling their commitment to the repair. Natalie was very helpful and explained all aspects of the repair. The repair was done properly and done within the time commitment they made. The pricing was , I thought a little expensive , but the work was completed properly and on time .

The customer service was outstanding. Everything was explained to my understanding and satisfaction. Patience was used in providing an explanation to make sure I understood the service done and recommendations. I REALLY APPRECIATE them giving my car a wash. A big plus!!!!

My husband and I just purchased our 3rd Nissan from this dealership. I highly recommended asking for Rob Smola as he’s very helpful and friendly. I bought my first Maxima from him back in 2012 and a new one last month! Fingers crossed Nissan comes out with a new Maxima in the future and Rob is still around to sell it to me!

I recently went in for my car's oil & filter change, along with lube of the chassis, since purchasing the car last summer from #1 Cochran.
I was pleasantly surprised at my brief wait time. They went above & beyond in reviewing & checking for any regular maintenance issues. Their service team, being so professional and courteous, made me feel more relaxed as I waited.
A bonus was the video shared with me of the frame /underbody. Going forward I can better work with #1 Cochran for any future appointments. This helps me stay pro-active in caring for my car, which I love by the way!
