This place is wonderful, they are very friendly and great prices ,I've been going there for a few years and I won't go anywhere else. They even fill my RX before I call because they know I need it. Great service. Thank you

The medicine i get is one that a lot of pharmacies look down about giving...i wont mention the name ... but i have been to around 8 or 9 pharmacies over the years because either they would stop getting it or they would no longer help me because m doctor was to far way yada yada yada etc. etc. well i was online and i seen a review for Town And Country and the review was a good one and it turns out the review was correct. It is a small place but the service is 2nd to none they always get right to my scripts and they are very honest and maybe to some ppl that comes off as unfriendly but to me after getting the run around so many times it was refreshing. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a great pharmacy with low low prices to go to. It is a welcoming place and the one lady pharmacist is so pleasant to talk to she is always kind and always wishing a good weekend or holiday and never look down on me for the medicine i am on. I thank god every day that i found a place like this one. Even my doctors receptionist whom they would have to deal with from time to time said they were a pleasure to deal with and out of the norm nice! Thank you T& C you will always have my business!!!!

My parents filled my medications here when I was under the care of our legendary pediatrician. Glad to see they are open with the prodigal crew back in action. A few tips, call ahead, don't stand and stare or make C-II small talk about the weather or how nice somebody's shirt is. Keep all of your physicians on the same page, make sure they have up to date insurance information, and don't be that guy or girl that can't wrap their head around the fact that your rx can't yet be filled. Pharmacists have a 'corresponding responsibility' and access to a database with your entire rx history cash or insurance paid, and just as a physician, they are obliged to do no harm and to act in your best interest. Read the rules on early refills posted at the drop off and remember them. A small town rustbelt indpendent pharmacy is a target for those that the chains shut off a long time ago. "We don't have that in stock" is the professional way to tell you to look elsewhere. If you conduct yourself properly, keep ALL of your care providers in communication, you can drop a script, it's bottled, labeled, and checked in front of you in an average of 5-7 minutes. It's a new generation of pharmacist that are acutely aware of both the necessity of controlled drugs, and acutely aware of his responsibilities in dispensing them. I've convinced my whole family to fill there and they know you by name. When is the last time you went to walmart and the PharmD said "Oh hey your grandmother's is ready too, do you want to grab those today?" If you have an insurance issue filling, in most cases it's your responsibility to contact your presciber and/or payor. I've never seen contempt on the part of any emplyee there, and you're always able to get a fantastic cup of coffee at the least. The owners/pharmacists and techs are all local and work in a locally operated business. It's an absolutely satisfactory pharmacy if you're in the honest business of seeking acceptable treatment.

Small "Mom & Pop" type pharmacy. I was new to the area and decided to try these guys out when a Big Name pharmacy up the street was out of my medication. I have to pay for my prescriptions out of pocket so I am always concerned with price. This place turned out to have a lower price on my medicine than anywhere I've ever filled it! (Although they do accept all regular insurance that any big pharmacies accept, I did ask that.) And they filled it on the spot and had me out the door in less than 10 minutes! There's not much else to the store besides the pharmacy, just a few shelves of basic over-the -counter meds, but I will continue to fill my prescriptions here. There's nothing high tech or fancy here (I don't think they even store their data on a computer), but it seems like a good, old-fashioned family business of the type that are quickly becoming extinct. I would highly recommend using this pharmacy.

This is my "go to" pharmacy. Prices are better than chains, plus you are supporting a local small business.

The most unprofessional pharmacist I have ever had the unfortunate displeasure to come across. I simply called to inquire if they had a medication (which is in short supply nationwide) so that my doctor could be told where to send the prescription. I was simply looking to find where the medication was available. The pharmacist took the phone from the tech i was talking to and demanded to know where I live. I told him and he told me I needed to go to a pharmacy nearer to where I live because "they can't supply the whole countryside". I explained that it was only 20 minutes away, with no towns between here and there, and the only pharmacy there was not in stock with the medication. I also explained that I worked in New Ken and my doctor was there too. I was very roughly told that he was done trying to explain to me why he was not going to do this. He then hung up on me. Uncaring and unpleasant. Please we are all in this together and learn to do better.

The most rude pharmacist ever using very foul language and I am in disbelief that he is able to keep his license; And the reviews that are listed are from earliest 3 years ago.
