I returned a blazer over 2 weeks ago, a couple of days after receiving it and haven’t received a refund. No one is responding to my multiple emails or calls in regards to my refund. They were really quick to charge my credit card though!!

If I could give this company lower than one star I would. I ordered 3 barbershop vests from Saxon Uniform and was charged for 4. I was just told by Maryann that YOU have to call your bank to figure it out. Ok, so then I ask for the confirmation code of the refund, She DOES NOT HAVE it to give to me. Since she told me her "manager" did the refund, I asked to speak with the Manager. I receive the good old "He's Not Available". Mind you it's 2:30pm in the afternoon. So, I ask,, "Will he call me before 5Pm today." Stunningly, She responds, "I don't know". You take my money and don't want to give it back - yet you don't want to help me. Nice!

I ordered two blazers that were needed for a church conference. We ordered the wrong size and when we called to simply exhange for bigger sizes we were informed that we have to repurchase two blazers at full price, pay out of pocket to return the old ones and then have to pay another shipping cost. This is ridiculous! I have ordered from many companies before and had to exchange for a new size and NEVER had to repurchase and paying additional shipping costs!!! Why can't it be an even exchange with a simple $5 upcharge for the larger size. This has been a very time consuming, expensive, and stressful process!!!

I placed an order over a month ago and called twice and emailed to get a response. To date, no one, I repeat, NO ONE, has responded to process our order. This is bad customer service and if you don’t want to do business with someone, the company should say so but don’t ignore a paying customer.
