Best pediatrician, actually cares about her patients and addresses all and any concerns you have. Some people say she disregards them when they have questions but she doesn’t! She just tells you how things are some people are just to sensitive and take things wrong. I’ve been with this doctor for 6 years and have 4 about to be 5 kids and she has been amazing with all of them.

We have had a wonderful experience with each visit for the past two years. I would recommend this practice and doctor to family and friends.

Our son was sick with his first cold and they where able to get us in the same day to see Dr. Crocenelli. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for making it just a little bit easier to be a first time parent! :)

Best pediatrician I have ever dealt, as a parent and as a nurse. She is very attentive to both the children and the parent's concerns. Always gives the time necessary and always acts as if your kid is the only one she is seeing at that time! I would recommend to anyone!

Our children came under her care when our dear pediatrician Dr Ryoo passed away.
Dr. C is fantastic and has gained our trust and respect by how she cares for not just our kids but all the little mini humans out there.

Dr. Crocenelli has been a great doctor the 18 years I’ve been with her!

Amazing pediatrician!

The Dr is great. The staff could be more friendly.

Staff was not knowledgeable at all, Very unfriendly. Called this morning asking if I could bring my sick daughter in, she would be a new patient and the lady on the phone told me "and what do you want me to do about that" ....Um I want you to help my daughter what you are supposed to do when working at a pediatrics.

If I could give a 0 I would. I should of switched when she misdiagnosed my son 5 years ago when he had pneumonia and was almost septic. My son is on medicine and our pharmacy closed. He had one refill left at Rite aid but it was a c2 and the new pharmacy needed a new script. So I called the office and Wendy the front lady told me to call closer to the end of November and they will call the new script in when I call. So here we are. I called them yesterday like Wendy told me to do. Explained I talked to her last month and my son needed that last refill. She said oh we called it in October. Great!! I call walgreens and the medicine is on back order they explained to call the doctor back to have him take 2 tablets instead of the one to get him through. I called the office back and Wendy told me he needed a medicine check ok I schedule it for Tuesday but in the meantime he is almost out of his medicine and needs it. She transfered me to Amy the nurse and Amy explained to me the Dr. Knows the medicine is on back order and it's an inconvenience for her to call a different dosage in. I said well isn't she the doctor that's her job right?? I proceeded to ask Amy what the solution was she said come in for the medicine check I said I will but he is almost out. She said well then he will be out. Who says that??? Then she proceeded to ask me who told me to call the end of Novemeber. I told her Wendy, the receptionist. Amy told me she wouldn't of he said that. So not only did Amy call me a liar without flat out telling me I was a liar, now I have a kid here that won't have his medicine because it's an inconvenience for Dr. Crocenelli to call a dose in. Stay FAR away from this practice. It's sad when you have been talking your child to the same doctor since he was a baby they are treating you like garbage. Not compassionate at all.

We scheduled an appointment here for our new baby’s first checkup. Ahead of our appointment, we discovered what we thought was blood in our baby’s pee. Quite concerned, we called Dr. Crocenelli’s emergency phone number because the office was not open. She informed us that it was likely not blood, but a common sign of dehydration - no need for worry. But the way she delivered this info was very dismissive, and tried to make us feel dumb for calling about it. This made me question her capacity to understand and address future concerns we or our son may have.

Needless to say, we cancelled our appointment and decided to go to another group in the area who have been great. Just look for the well-reviewed pediatricians!

I had the worst experience today. My daughter was given an incorrect immunization at her two month appointment. Dr. Crocenelli gave her a shot, then asked me how old she was. When I responded with “two months”, she rushed out of the room and came back with a different set of shots. She proceeded to give her the additional shots without explaining anything to me or owning the mistake. When I questioned her about what happened, she said she gave her the wrong shot, then acted like it was not a big deal. Also, she did not give me any additional direction about the situation like side effects or warning signs to look for. I honestly don’t think they would’ve told me what happened if I wouldn’t have asked. I know mistakes happen, but the carelessness of not checking her chart and then not owning up and admitting the mistake immediately is completely unacceptable.

Office staff rude when answering the phone. Doctor is not responsive to needs. Left my daughters inhaler prescription on her desk for 2 days while I was calling pharmacy to see where it was as I was told if I didn’t hear otherwise it would be called in. This is just the most recent issue, I could go on. It’s sad we came here from Dr Ryoo when he died, he was wonderful. Headed to another practice!

I loved dr Crocenelli, but unfortunate the staff doesn’t pay attention to the vaccine their giving your children. After asking and confirming with 2 different people my son STILL received the WRONG VACCINE today. Sorry will not be going back.

Staff is rude and Dr Crocenelli is a wack job. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!
