Was in the area stopped in to check the store out. Was impressed alot of music equipment and everyone was very helpful and nice. Picked up another snare drum. I will be back.

I really like Waddell's - they did a great job on my guitar setup and 10-way strat switch install. I'm a Fender guy, and they have a ton of great new and used guitars, amps, and gear in stock. I always enjoy stopping by and supporting a local music store.

My go-to shop for strings, microphone boom, accessorires and instruments. Stopped by today to pick up a small bass for one of the children. They've got a pretty interesting selection of electric and acoustic instruments and a very helpful and personable staff. They've got a lot of Fender stuff, and every now and then, they'll get in some weird guitars, which are the type I mostly gravitate toward.

I had a project to install a 4-way switch into a Fender Nashville Telecaster in combination with a mini-toggle for the neck pickup, which was a bit out of the ordinary. After trying and failing on my own, I took it to Waddell's and handed it off to Steve. He put some extra effort to research and find a diagram that would accomplish what I was looking to achieve. In addition to making
my idea a reality, he also added some grounding wires where the guitar was lacking. Steve was super friendly to deal with as was everyone else on staff that I encountered there. I would not hesitate to use him again if I have a project that exceeds my meager wiring knowledge.

Great experience! I got my guitar set-up here as a beginner and the difference is night and day. Prices are reasonable for what is sold, and all the workers were friendly and guided me to what I needed. Highly recommend to anyone in the area with any guitar needs!

Steve the guitar tech here was able to put humbuckers I had from the 90s into my new Austin Strat successfully. He also does an awesome setup job highly recommend!

I visit waddells every few weeks or so, typically just for new strings, but they always have a good supply and competitive prices.
A few years ago I was in the market to buy a new electric guitar and Waddells had this beautiful purple ESP. When I want to buy it the person at the counter told me an ESP rep would be on site in a few weeks and the guitars would be %20 off. They did not have to tell me that. I was there and willing to pay full price. I wanted the purple one though, and they only had one so I wanted to buy it now and not worry that it would be sold during the event. They let me purchase the guitar then come back on the sale date and get the %20 discount refunded!! If that's not steller customer service I don't know what is.
They also had a tech set up my guitar when I bought it. Great value, great service, great people.

I worked with 2 people to buy a Christmas present for my wife. Both were very helpful and knowledgeable. I asked one of them if I should look for him when I came back for a purchase (did he get a commission?) and he thanked me for my concern but said that they didn't operate on a commission basis anymore. I purchased a ukulele with no concern that I wasn't getting a top notch product because the salespeople were top notch themselves. My wife really likes it!

The salesman was very knowledgeable and very nice. Everyone that worked there was really nice. It made finding the right fit guitar for my son easy. They also said if we needed anymore help to just give them a call. Great place!

After breaking the ice with the employees, they’re great. Stopped in with a story about having a Squier Tele that I was seeing the shortcomings of, and got squared away with a good deal on a Player Plus Nashville Tele after trying it out for awhile. Fresh setup on the guitar before purchase. Will be coming back for my future needs as well!

These guys are awesome! I made the mistake of buying direct from online when I purchased my guitar and ended up getting a defective guitar that needed quite a bit of work to bring back in line and they worked with me to give me the same online price and got me a gem that is just simply perfect! Will buy from them moving forward.

Steve is super helpful with the repairs and maintenance department. The owner is super nice, and so is every other member of the staff. Would recommend to everyone.

I love this place. They have a great selection of guitars and basses. This is my one-stop go-to place for musical instruments. Their prices are comparable to those online but you actually get to play the instruments and have professionals at your service to help you through the process. I just picked up a used G&L bass and I absolutely love it. I highly recommend this place.

Your friendly neighborhood music shop. Me and Waddells go way back. Good people here. Good selection. Heck of a lot more convenient for both the average and discerning musician than going all the way down to guitar center if you live nearby. I took lessons here for many years, as well as their summer rock band programs. Definitely worth checking out.

Overall an awesome experience. These guys have been extremely friendly and helpful in my midlife desire to learn how to play guitar. I walked into the store literally knowing just about nothing other than I had a guitar that needed some repair work and that I wanted to learn how to play. Steve, Evan, Justin, and Gary have been very helpful. Mark DeMeno, my guitar instructor is encouraging and very talented. A great instructor. I can't say enough good things about the staff at Waddell's.

Brought in my Strat to get it tuned up, restrung, and have a new pickguard installed. Employees were super nice and helpful. Price was fair for the work it needed and the turnaround time was pretty quick. Highly recommend them for your guitar needs.
