Jim is fantastic! From the first time you meet him, he explains everything in detail, provides a detailed quote, and shows up at the date and time he commits to. He installed a generator at our house and did a fantastic job. His work is so meticulous. He crosses every t and dots every i. He even cleans up after, although not necessary. He also provided guidance on ways to save money and let us know all of the information with regard to upgrading our gas meter. A very nice, hardworking, honest guy! He comes highly recommended from us as well as his helper, Chris.

Contacted Jim about getting a generac generator installed. He came out and gave us a very detailed quote. Jim and Chris came out and installed the generator earlier than expected. His work is a 10 plus!! There were no shortcuts on anything that they did. If you are looking for anyone to install a whole house generator these guys are a must! Thank you guys!!

Contacted JM about a backup generator early in the pandemic. He explained generator supply was getting tight. He gave me a bid that was detailed and transparent. He then searched for one that could avoid the long wait from manufacture. Luckily we found one and he agreed to store it till he could install. He was able to install a little faster than his original time line which was good. He set work days and communicated times. The work was very neat and professional and they were always careful about the house. There were some small items not properly installed on electrical from the builder and he fixed those free. Installation was smooth and the generator and transfer switch worked on first try. Very good experience and value

JM General Maintenance installed an emergency generator system and replaced the main electrical panel. Lead time on the Generac generator was long because of supply chain issues associated with the pandemic. This was disclosed at the time of ordering.
The service and installation were excellent. Jim and Christopher professionally completed the install on a very challenging project which included a complete replacement of a very old and worn electrical panel. The work was done correctly and the follow up was superb. We would highly recommend JM Maintenance without hesitation.
