All costs are explained and written down for you. There are no surprises or hidden costs. They assist you in making sure you and your loved one’s wishes are fulfilled. They are very accommodating in setting up appointments to complete the necessary paperwork. They assist you with writing the obituary if needed. They update you with any changes. They even called me just to check and see how I was doing a few weeks after my husband’s passing. I highly recommend using the Cicholski-Zidek Funeral Home! Our experience with the Cicholski-Zidek Funeral Home couldn’t have been more accommodating, warm and supportive. We think the world of Tom and his staff and are so grateful to have had them to help us walk through this difficult journey. His attention to detail and gentle manner were what my Mom needed when my Father passed, and four short years later, exactly what my sisters and I needed to say good-bye to our Dear Mother more recently. Tom took care of everything, and did it in such a way that felt like a tribute to one of his own family members. Our parents gave us the world and we wanted to give them a funeral that was worthy of their love and well-served life. Cicholski-Zidek Funeral Home provided this service and then some. We are forever grateful to them for all they did for our family.

Tom, Elizabeth and Nick could not have been more compassionate, helpful and comforting during our time of grief. My family and I did not have to worry about anything. When my mom passed last month, I was fortunate that she had everything pre-arranged with the funeral home. Nick and Tom helped me tremendously by explaining what I needed to do so that everything was ready for the viewing and burial. It was a difficult time for me and my family, but it was made easier by the experience, comfort, and compassion shown by the funeral directors. I would recommend them highly.

They were very accommodating, respectful,and helpful to an unusual donor situation. They were kind and compassionate to us and checked in on us even after their role was complete. Chicholski Zidek Funeral Home is exceptional. Tom, son Nick, and support personnel are extremely courteous and professional. They take the burden from you by making you feel comfortable, take care of even the smallest details to make sure nothing is
missed, and explain everything well, without pressuring you during your time of grief. They stand beside you at this difficult time and their care and support doesn't stop after the funeral is over. They took care of the funeral arrangements for my mom and dad and sister.

Thomas and Nicholas Zidek and their staff are most knowledgeable and compassionate. I can not imagine anything more they could have done to make placing my mother to rest any more comforting. They are highly recommended.
