We loved working with Family Floors from beginning to end! Kelly was thoughtful, helpful and fun to be with while we were selecting options and deciding on our new backsplash. Chuck and Matt did an excellent job installing the tile and they were genuinely focused on bringing our vision to fruition for our family’s kitchen. We highly recommend Family Floors!

We have returned to Chuck and Kelly numerous times for carpeting. Each time we have been impressed with how easy it is to deal with them. Only good things to say about Family Flooring!

Chuck and Kelly were beyond helpful even for our small project! They dropped off and picked up multiple carpet samples from our home. I choose to stop by the showroom and Kelly helped me narrow my choices down even further. We came up with a beautiful porcelain tile option for our hearth as well.

The installation was quick and easy. They arrived when they said they would (7am) and were finished on time or earlier then estimated (12p). They were polite and professional!

It looks wonderful and feels amazing!! The carpet is, Just a Hunt II; Fog, by Shaw Floors. It’s very soft and so nice to step on. Spills clean up nicely, we have 2 toddlers and it’s held up wonderfully over the past months.

They managed to squeeze our installation in just before everything shut down in March due to the pandemic. Having this room carpeted gave us so much life and space to move when we were stuck at home.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you ! Our new carpeting looks incredible ! It's like going to a whole new office. I cannot believe you were able to redo our entire space so quickly and with NO disruptions to our students. We've been trying to find the seams but so far, no one has been able to ! Superior workmanship, great guys, you truly went above and beyond ! Sorry we had so much stuff for you to move around ! Trust me, we know how heavy our bookcases are but without books, how else would our students learn??! Please also thank Kelly for handling all the details but you two guys did all the heavy lifting. We are thrilled beyond belief and absolutely love the quality work. I cannot say it enough - Thank you !

Great job to Family Floors who installed carpeting and tile in or basement after a recent water pipe burst. They always do a wonderful job.

If I could give less than a one-star I would. We went to them because we told them we were in a hurry to get someone to do our floors.all of our kitchen items were ordered and were in. Theytold us they could have everything done and be able to help us out, and probably get us scheduled for August. This was probably back in June I had to call them to receive our estimate. I was told I would receive a call back within one hour, that never happened. I thought I was chasing after them to do business with them. It would be days before I would hear from them. We went there several times and called several times trying to get scheduled finally we were told it would be October. This was at the beginning of August. This was totally unacceptable we kept chasing after them and calling them never receiving a call back for days. We finally went with another company who valued our business and would call us the same day. I understand that people want to take vacations and have family things going on but you should always contact the customer who was very poor customer service on their part. If I was running a business I would wait till the slow months would seem to be winter time for flooring and that's when I would go. Just my opinion
