Christy is a genius with alterations- my dress fit me like a glove!! The look and tailoring of the bridal dress is one of the most important aspects of a wedding - and we were thrilled with the artistry of Anne Gregory’s skilled staff. They worked with me pre-Covid pandemic on a custom made dress and 2 years later when the wedding was able to happen Kristin made me a gorgeous custom veil exactly how I wanted it. It's one thing to have a bridal store help create the wedding gown of your dreams - which they did. But we are even more grateful for their kindness and sensitivity in helping us during such an unprecedented situation bringing on postponement after postponement. I didn't end up buying my wedding dress from this shop, but I had a wonderful experience with them. I called them only four months before my wedding, in a panic because my original dress from another shop was ordered incorrectly, but the original shop ended up fixing their mistake that’s why I did not purchase from this shop. The staff and owner were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help me, even with such little time left. I can't express enough how much I appreciate their assistance. The shop itself is absolutely beautiful, and contrary to some other reviews, I found their sizing to be just like any other wedding shop I visited. Overall, they were genuinely nice and helpful, and I highly recommend them.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! There’s not enough words to say how special the girls and Greg (the owner) himself made me feel at Ann Gregory during my appointment yesterday! I went in there with a heavy heart due to losing a very important person in my life a few days ago ( excited and sad at the same time) From the minute I walked into the salon my family and I were greeted with a warm welcome. I had an idea of what kind of dress I wanted, the girls did a good job picking similarities. I tried on about 5 dresses (which I strictly said I wanted all white) though these dresses were beautiful they just weren’t “it” for me personally. In the meantime Greg went back and pulled a dress out that I absolutely fell it love with (which was ivory) and had that “this is the one” moment. From pinning my hair back and putting a beautiful veil on me and Greg telling me he can get me the dress in WHITE I instantly fell more in love with the dress and the entire experience. Needless to say it was a very emotional day and made me feel that my loved one was smiling in heaven seeing me in this dress. I cannot express the genuine and kind response I got from everyone at the salon. I cannot wait to see my dress when it comes in! 100% recommend all brides to stop in, you will definitely leave with a smile!

My first experience wedding dress shopping started at Anne Gregory. Our welcome was so warm and inviting. They listened to what I wanted and pulled an absolutely perfect dress. Greg and his team are professionals and the store is gorgeous. I had an appointment at another bridal shop afterwards.. Anne Gregory set the bar so high I couldn't even enjoy trying on dresses at the other appointment. I left and drove straight back to Anne Gregory to purchase my dress. Anne Gregory is the only place to go when starting the journey to find your dress. I've known I wanted to go here since I was younger and when the day came to finally go, I was not disappointed! My dress buying day was an experience! I brought a bunch of my girls with me, and we were put in a private room, with tons of space for all of us. We were given plenty of attention from all of the staff, even Greg himself styled me! I brought pictures of what I was looking for and they brought down those dresses and even some they thought I would like and I ended up loving them. My entire bridal party cried when we found the one! The entire process from start to now approaching my final fitting has been phenomenal. I can't wait for the days where I get to go back to Anne Gregory, the whole place makes you feel like a princess. Their selection, their staff, and their kind words are truly the only way to look for a wedding dress. Greg is a talented, generous, and loving owner who wants each of his brides to have a phenomenal day. I wish I had another wedding so I could go and do it again.

Nina was so kind and patient! She really listened to what I wanted and selected the perfect options to try on. I ultimately selected a dress I never would have picked on my own, but Nina was able to make the connection based on my feedback. I was also able to meet the owner who was an absolute gem. I felt so comfortable and welcomed for the entirety of my visit. I would 10/10 recommend, especially when there are so many options when choosing a bridal dress!

I was here with my best friend while she shopped for a wedding dress. We could not have been more pleased with the selection and service. The owner, Greg and the ladies working there were all so knowledgeable and sweet. The level of service here, compared to other bridal boutiques in the area, is unmatched. Anne Gregory is a one of a kind place. The dresses are all high quality and the staff is so easy to work with. We all highly recommend this place and I will be sending any bride I meet to them. I went for my 1st appointment with my mom, dad, sister, and grandmother. From the moment we walked in to the store, we felt comfortable and at ease. Greg asked me a few questions about what I was looking for, and quickly returned with a dress for me to try. To my surprise, it was the EXACT same dress that I had fallen in love with online. Honestly...I did not tell him a designer name or even anything more than I didn't want poofy and glitzy...and Greg brought me my dream dress.

I've had friends try on dress and dress and not find the right one, and Anne Gregory provided me my dream wedding dress on the first try. All I can say it that I am so thankful to Greg, Mary Anne, and the rest of the staff who made finding a wedding dress such a fun, memorable experience.

Earlier today, we returned to Anne Gregory to find dresses for my family members. Again, they impressed me with their ability to "read" both my mother and grandmother who both have very different styles. In a little over an hour, both women had found beautiful dresses with their expert help.

Within the past year, both my mother and myself purchased our dresses at Ann Gregory. I purchased my wedding gown, while my mother purchased her Mother of the Bride dress. My experience began one year ago, when I went to Ann Gregory for the first time. I held an appointment, where the entire staff waited on me personally. I spent some time and selected a dress. Once my dress arrived Lisa, who is beyond talented when it comes to altering, worked to create the best fitting gown I have even seen. She sweet-hearted the neckline and sculpted my dress to fit me like a glove. It was literally the most beautiful fitting dress I have ever seen. The staff assisted me carefully to choose the perfect accessories to make my dress shine, as I wanted it too. My mother also had secretly requested the staff to sew a piece of my grandmother's nightgown into the dress. The cut a beautiful lace heart and carefully stitched it into the underneath of my dress. Thanks to them, I had my grandmother with me on my wedding day.

My mother also had a great shopping experience, purchasing a gown from the trunk show after only viewing a handful of dresses. The dress arrived and needed no alterations! it was perfect!

Our entire experience here was nothing short of amazing. Nina, Greg, and Christy all truly make you feel so special. From the moment I walked into the salon, I instantly felt welcomed with open arms and that Anne Gregory was going to be the place I would find my dress.

My fiancé and I had to move our wedding up from 2023 to 2022 due to some unfortunate family health news involving my mom and going into any bridal salon a month before you walk down the aisle is stressful, but Greg, Nina, and Christy never let me feel stress or as if there was a doubt that I’d find my perfect dress. If there was a dress that I showed any sort of interest in, Greg immediately told me whether he could get it in my size or he would personally call the designer to see what he could do. Everything about my time here was personal and felt right. Even the way my sisters, my mom, and my future mother-in-law were treated was more than I could ever ask for. When my mom was trying on dresses, Greg, Nina, and Christy made her feel equally as special as me which meant more than anything else that day. It was just such a special and meaningful day that could not have happened without Anne Gregory and the wonderful people there. Thank you to all of you for everything you do for brides everyday! I had such an amazing experience finding my perfect wedding gown! The gown selection is stunning which does it make it difficult to choose! However with the expertise of Greg and all of the women at Anne Gregory, they knew exactly what would be perfect for me. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! I couldn't have asked for a better place to find my gown. I can't wait to wear my gorgeous gown on my wedding day!!

I had been to a few bridal places prior to going to Anne Gregory and I was less than pleased with the other places. Everyone at Anne Gregory was so lovely, very sweet and they listened to me so well. I had the best experience there and found my dress in an hour! They knew exactly what I was looking for! I have absolutely no idea how some reviewers commented on the staff being rude. From the moment I came in to the moment I left they were nothing but sweet!!! and i've previously dealt with other rude staff members looking for my dress. The overall experience was beyond my expectations.

This was my first time trying on dresses, so I was nervous and excited at the same time, but Nina and Greg took all my worries and concerns away. The dress Greg and his team found for me exceeded all my expectations and truly took my breath away. I had a wonderful experience here. After going to several other bridal salons with very pushy sales people, Anne Gregory was a breath of fresh air. They really listened to what I wanted, brought out the perfect options, made great recommendations, and even let me try on a few dresses just for fun. I even almost chose a "just for fun" dress since it was so lovely! I have had a follow up fitting and they were accommodating and sweet. Highly recommended!

I went to pretty much every bridal store in Pgh, and purchased a dress at David's Bridal because I honestly gave up! I thought Anne Gregory was too expensive for me to even try. After being persuaded by my sister to just go because I was so unhappy, we made an appointment. Not only did they stick to my budget price of $2,000, I had the whole team helping me find my PERFECT dress. Greg is so amazing and hilarious! Everyone is honest with you and truly trying to find you the dream dress. It is like being in a fairy tale as you try on these gorgeous dresses in the perfect atmosphere.
