Got my wedding dress here and altered in the midst of a global pandemic. We kept communication about alterations and since I live in a different state we had to make appointments on weekends to make the dress everything and more. It fit like a glove and was perfect. Go visit them! They are so nice and have so many different style prom and wedding dresses!

Beautiful dresses, we found exactly what my daughter was looking for. The staff was very helpful and friendly, matter of fact we told her an idea of what we were looking for and she was ultimately the who picked out the dress we ended up buying!! Unfortunately our experience was completely joyous.... my daughter's dress was supposed to have a corset and a privacy panel in the back, which we paid extra for ($54 extra) The corset was there and it looked beautiful, but the privacy panel was not... they offered to add the privacy panel but wanted to keep the dress another night, the Prom was 3 days away and we live about 40 minutes away from the store.. So we just told them to forget about it and took the dress as was, they did not even offer to refund us what we paid extra for the privacy panel. Their dresses are all beautiful, but a bit pricey!! We paid almost $600 for a dress for one night, which yes I know was our choice, but the dresses were all a bit on the expensive side. But all so very beautiful!! The smile on my baby girls face was priceless!!!

Nice gowns and size selection!!! Took my daughter prom dress shopping this morning and she tried on several dresses (approx 5 or 6 diff dresses). Staff was very friendly and helpful without being pushy. When she found dresses she liked the girl even suggested my daughter sit down in a chair to make sure she'd feel not only beautiful, but comfortable as well :) by suggesting this she actually helped my daughter eliminate a dress she was considering. When my daughter couldn't decide between 2 dresses that were exactly the same dress but in a diff color the girl helping my daughter took a poll with other shoppers in the store as well as employees. My daughter went with the purple gown and couldn't be happier:) Thank You so much Babette's and esp to the young lady (sorry I didn't catch your name and my daughter isn't home for me to ask) for an amazing prom shopping experience!!!!!

I can only speak to the bridal part of this establishment but they seemed to have a major selection of "prom" dresses downstairs. However, upstairs is strictly bridal. I worked with Robert and he was just amazing. He fit me in when there was an appointment error and made sure my time with him was focused on me and my party. He truly listened to everything I was saying, never seemed to get impatient, joked with me and was ready and willing to customize anything I wanted. You can tell he has done this a long time and knows exactly what he's doing. I ended up leaving with the perfect dress at an amazing price within my budget and I didn't even expect to buy this soon. Would recommend this place for sure. Not to mention there bridal area upstarts is so very cute and private! The whole experience was an A+. Thank you so much!

We found multiple beautiful dresses that we absolutely loved! I found my dress here 6 years ago and now my sister has found her dress here. It's always a great experience with phenomenal customer service. We drove all the way from Ohio just for this store and I can honestly say it is worth the trip.

I have driven by this store for over 40 years and never knew what a gem it was.

My daughter needed a dress for a Medallion Ball and we started our search. Babette’s was our second and ultimately last stop. Pam our gown consultant was AMAZING! She doted over my daughter as if she were her own child. We met the owner and he was wonderful as well.

We found my daughter’s dress and couldn’t be happier. Prices at the store are reasonable- if you tell them the price range you want they will find a dress for you in that price range.

Layaway is an option. alterations are very reasonable. Highly recommend this boutique!

First of all, the manager Jessi S is an amazing person to work with here. I have had several great experiences at Babette's! I got married 2 years ago. We had a great experience finding bridesmaid dresses, another day fitting my niece for her flower girl dress, also have visited several times for other brides trying on dresses, and finally, Jessi helped me find the perfect wedding dress. I know for sure i wouldn't have without her. She also was very patient with my very indecisive mom picking her dress last minute. The seamstress did an excellent job on my bridesmaids dresses and restoring my mother's old wedding veil for me. I highly recommend Babette's.

Wonderful experience for myself and my daughter! We almost left without her dress, but then found one on a mannequin as we were exiting. Was a much bigger size, but we had it altered and it turned out beautifully! There was a steam water stain on the back when we went to pick it up, and it was taken care of before we left with it. Service was optimal!!

EXCELLENT SERVICE! I had an excellent experience! Everybody there is incredibly friendly and they have a huge selection of dresses to choose from! I tried several other dress shops but none of them were as great as Babette's. The staff members genuinely care about you and make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend this place - you won't be disappointed!

After searching all the stores in my area, with no luck, I made the 2.5 hour drive to Babette's Gowns... and found the PERFECT dresses for my bridesmaids! I had a Sunday morning appointment with Pam & she was phenomenal to work with! I had brought 3 of my 4 bridesmaids with me and Pam made us all feel welcome, while being fun, professional and helpful!! I was searching for a slate blue colored, long dress for my bridal party, that would be flattering on all figures - Babette's did not let us down! They are the only store that had the color I had been searching for! Pam measured my bridesmaids and took care of everything for me. After the order was placed, the gowns came in sooner than estimated and they are stunning!! I fully recommend Babette's to everyone looking for a gown - wedding/school dance/anything! They are the best!

I walked into Babette’s this evening to find a Mother of the Groom dress as neither of the two I had already purchased felt like the right one. I was greeted by friendly staff and escorted upstairs where I met a bright, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic consultant named Alysia. I brought in style numbers of a couple of dresses I found online and Alysia was very quick and professional in finding similar styles that were complimentary to my shape and sense of style. I am very pleased with the dress I found. Thank you Alysia and Babette’s.

I had the most WONDERFUL experience shopping at Babette's and I am truly, truly grateful to Sasha and Teri for everything they did to make this perfect for me! I just went through a pretty tough life-changing situation and I'm definitely not my best self lately. My son is getting married in September -- so I needed a dress. The minute I came in to Babette's I was greeted and directed to the area for mother-of-the-bride dresses....and Sasha and Teri never left my side. Sasha recommended gowns I would have NEVER picked and Teri recommended different possibilities to each like sleeves or jackets and shoes and jewelry.......!!!! WHAT A FUN EXPERIENCE! I had trouble selecting because they were ALL GORGEOUS and so reasonably priced!! I CANNOT say ENOUGH about how much their help, attention and kindness meant to me. I so dreaded a trip to look for a dress and it ended up being such a fun experience and I don't think I've felt that happy in a long time! You made me feel special and you made me feel loved. A million HUGS to you BOTH for giving me the chance to really enjoy myself picking a dress! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my dress and I am so excited to finish the final touches with shoes, jacket and jewelry (Teri I'm going to take you up on your help there too!). I LOVE you both! I will NEVER FORGET WHAT YOU DID FOR ME!!!!!!!!

We had bought all of my sister's prom gowns at Babette's so we figured we would shop there for my wedding dress as well. I am so happy with the service that I received today from Madina! She was wonderful to work with and found me the perfect gown! I had a wonderful experience and will definitely recommend to my friends!

My daughter and her bride's maids all purchased their dress from Babette's. The dresses are AMAZING!!! If you want real quality this is the place to go! Robert who does alterations is amazing and a blessing, he is truly gifted as well as a professional! He makes Babette's!

My daughter and I went to Babette's twice. Both times they were very helpful. My daughter found a dress the first time. Ayisha, Lexi and the rest of the crew helped decide on the final dress. I had the best experience at Babette's Gowns! They made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The service was great! One girl specially picked dresses for me and one of them was the one I ended up getting! It was a great experience and would recommend it to every girl.

I got my prom dress today and all of the girls there were so helpful. Alysia helped me with my dress and she was so nice and had some great ideas with alterations! They had a huge selection and so many different types of dresses. I highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for a dress for homecoming or prom.

We went and ended up purchasing the first dress my daughter tried on. She did try on others (huge selection) but came back to the first one. Everyone came up to admire it when she made her decision and the young woman that helped us to so enthusiastic and helpful. I have read the other reviews and wonder why so negative. They are however, making me very nervous about alterations.

This place is wonderful! There are over 4,000 dresses so your dream dress is bound to be here. I found mine after trying on lots and lots. The workers were patient and honest with me. That's exactly what I need while buying a dress. I love this place and I definitely will be back!! Would recommend.
