A true old school mom and pap gym. Loads of equipment, clean, good staff and the members are very friendly and helpful.

I love the Silver Sneakers class with Ty Miller. The class is fun because Ty makes it that way. I have had a problem for many years with core and ab strength. So, I decided to take an individual class with Ty. He encouraged me to work hard and to follow a diet plan. I have been doing the class for 1 month and I am seeing and feeling a difference already. I have lost weight and feel great. I would highly recommend Ty Miller to anyone and everyone.

LOP is a very versatile gym that meets the needs of your fitness goals. With its 3 full length fields, cross fit equipment, multiple places to squat, upscale equipment, dumbbells/ kettlebells and a lot more, you have the opportunity to try new exercises. 💯

Clean gym. Equipment always in good repair. Never feels crowded. Childcare with Miss Chris is good too. I’m picky about gyms and I like this one a lot! 👍

2nd Home, love it here! Cannot stand the techno music that's played some nights, and the useless slamming of the weight when its completely unnecessary. Bring your headphones folks! Aside from that cleanly and a great place to workout.

Down to earth gym with lots of equipment, free weights, and assorted classes.

I have gone here for years and I love it. Great lifting environment and even better people. 10/10 would definitely recommend
