On Sunday February 19 at around 10:53 AM I got behind a Vioral's flatbed truck on Locust Hill Road, whoever was driving the truck has no business on the road let alone driving a flatbed. Inconsistant, unsafe driving, including swerving in and out of the painted lane, and dropping speeds down to 10 or 15 m.p.h. in a 35 m.p.h. zone, then taking off at a high rate of speed only to begin swerving and dropping back down to a crawl minutes later. Unstable erratic driving and a complete disregard for the safety of other drivers on the road makes me thing this business should be avoided at all costs.

Two years ago this shop repaired damage from a front end collision on my car. My insurance company paid over $10,000. The shop took over a month to repair it. Last week I had another front end collision and took the car to a different shop. They discovered that Vioral had left six welds unwelded, that bolts were missing, etc. They spent as much time fixing what Vioral had screwed up as they did fixing the damage from the new collision. I do not recommend.

I highly recommend nobody go to this place unless you wanna get ripped off , I was charged 300 dollar fee to get my car towed when I was told it would only cost me 50 , the place location is to far and deep , and tried overpricing me to get my car fix , never again , take your money to a place more suitable

Guy is a rip off and tries to make it like he’s doing everyone a favor. Who wouldn’t work for $140.00 hour anytime of day. Unprofessional and rude.
