Was driving from Pittsburgh to Clarion, stopped into this place to get some new juice, left with a new tank, juice and coils and was very happy with the service. Great selection of juices and while I'm from Virginia and likely won't be able to make it back, I was very happy with the service by both employees at the shop. I highly recommend.

Best place ever for Kratom, I use it for headaches related to a brain tumor & have NOT had to take any RX narcotics since starting on Kratom. It is a lifesaver! The brand Octopus Ink carries is beyond perfect. i use the powder & can take my dose without it getting "clumpy." It's very fine. AND the staff are always beyond helpful, any/all questions I have, they are knowledgeable & happy to answer! AND, they are a LEGIT business! You are ID'd with ALL purchases & that is reaffirming that they know their business & products! Their rewards system is nice, I wish it was a little bigger, since I do spend a lot here, but, I am very grateful that they offer one! If you're looking for a legit place... This is it!

I love this store they are super nice and help me with everything I need. They have a record of everything you buy so if you ever forget they can look it up! They are also super patient with me.

Always nice and so helpful. The guy today took his time with me so I could do the sample vape flavors to find a new flavor. He also gave me great suggestions based off the flavor I already liked, which really helped time wise.

The staff Macy & Henry are both very knowledgeable and polite. They always have a staff of two people and I have never waited in line longer than a minute or two. I am always in and out quickly. They are helpful and attentive. The store has a wide range of great juices, and their prices are the most affordable in the area. They have a great selections of mods and tanks to choose from, at great price, as well as any other hardware that you need. They always have the coils I need in stock, compared to other local stores who let their supply run low, and sell out of things. They have a nice variety of CBD products to choose from, and also Kratom. There is always parking right infront of the store! I have yet to have a bad experience here. I have solely used Octapus Ink in natrona heights for 4 years!!! Today when i visited the store with a crisis (my vape tank glass broke) the man that waited on me knew exactly how to fix my problem. It feels so good to be able to have friendly life saving services!!! I never thought i could or would quit smoking cigarettes but for almost 4 years now i have thanks to the help of Octapus Ink.
