I've been to this location a few times since it opened and it always accomodated. Im not a book enthusiast but the store doesn't provide just books, so thats why its a nice browsing environment. Over the years going there you notice its transition to offer more, so thats always cool. I've heard things about employment there behind the scenes but thats not my concern and not why I'm typing a review. No place is perfect, but I frequent the manga section from time to time with no problems. Im typing this up because I want to honorably mention employees because its the least I could do. I hope they see it because they deserve to see it. Reviews are meaningless really, but this time an exception is made. To Jake the Manager and Amber a clerk at the counter I really appreciate your customer service. I was given direction and time by the employment at this B&N and accomodated for an issue with an item. The day before when I went to purchase the item the issue arised. It was probably some sort of "Display only" but I was ignorant and just picked it up when i noticed other display plushes had prices. Thankyou to the staff that day as well who tried to help, even though I didnt get their names to recognize. Anyway thankyou for the effort B&N team. Our time was valued and minds put at ease.

I live in Steubenville Oh which makes this Barnes and Noble the closest major bookstore near me (about 30 min or so drive). I love this location ! They always have whatever book I'm looking for but if on the off chance they don't have what I'm looking for, the staff never hesitates to order it for me. Everyone's always friendly, the store is clean and the bathrooms are pretty clean as well.

I haven't been here in a bit sadly. Wow the selection and vibes. What a awesome place to shop for gifts and any reading needs.

The staff are always super friendly and helpful, providing great book recommendations and helping me find what I'm looking for. They have a great selection in store and also offer to get books shipped if they don't have them available or out of stock.

This Barnes and Noble has a really nice selection of manga and other books, as well as a good layout and parking. I stopped by the Cafe as well this time around, the food was good and the guy working was incredibly helpful! I recommend the pumpkin spice chai latte and harvest quiche.

Beautiful store and the local section was so cool.

I love Barnes & Noble, they have great book selections, and more. If you get hungry there's always Star Bucks.

Mark, that works here, was an amazing help. Not only is he an avid reader, making him great at book recommendations, he knew where everything was, gave us the time we needed for questions and was very friendly!

Barnes and Noble have everything under the sun. Books, games, magazines, even coffee. Seats are everywhere to sit and relax. Prices decent for the most part.

Very nice bookstore, clean, and well stocked. Can move around easily and get what you need quickly.

Great place to pick up your favorite books and get some work done when you are away from home.

Huge selection of books of course but I was looking for travel maps and information. I was helped by the knowledgeable staff and founds everything I could dream of. I browsed for an hour before selecting a fantastic book for my trip to Greece. I forgot how much fun it is to browse a great book store with a coffee shop in it. I’ll be back!

I went to pick up some activity books for when my niece visits. I was able to get three different activity books. The cashier was very friendly. I was able to get in and out quickly.

I love Barnes & Noble. It's literally an everything store. By far it is the premier book store, but they also have a whole host of other products. From toys for kids, to action figures, comic books, Lego sets and more! You could literally spend an hour or two in this store without realizing it. There is also a Starbucks inside so you could buy your books then head over there to enjoy them and have a coffee. The staff is super friendly, and if you can't find something they'll offer to ship it to you.
