Many activities such as playing baseball on numerous fields, playing soccer, beach volleyball, playground, and other things I haven't found out. I will be back to this park, one of the best parks around, in my opinion.

We went to this park with my son, daughter-in-law and grandkids on the 4th of July. We took a picnic lunch. What a great place.

Now, this park is really big and the main area has swings, a pavilion, that sort of thing. You can hike through the park too. But my son loves to hang out in another area, nearby but not where most people hang out. We were at a grassy area beside the creek that runs through. The grandkids and grand puppy were able to go into the creek to cool off. We put a blanket on the grass, brought a couple of chairs, and laid out lunch. We all had a great time. Can’t say enough about this park.

There is a playground here with swings, slides, and money bars. There is a baby swing. There are two Pavillions. One is handicap accessible and has handicap parking. There are a couple of trails to go on. The crick is nice and big but not too big. It's a good place to take your dogs. Even when there are other dogs in the area there is enough space for them to be in separate places designated by natural features. This is one of our favorite parks.

Really enjoyed this peaceful park. Close to the road so you can hear traffic. Not wheelchair friendly.

I was merely passing through this park in preparation for the Rachel Carson Trail challenge.
It seems very well-maintained, very clean, and grass was mowed. People are polite and I guess that’s about it.
Oh, the best thing about this part is the ice cream stand just on top of the hill.

Great community park with lot's to do. Fish here all the time and enjoy the trails too. Had my wedding reception and my son's graduation party here as well.

This park is amazing! It has a hiking trail and stream running around the edge, lots of field space, several baseball fields, a volleyball net, a few pavilions and a nicely paved parking area. Great place to take your dog or play frisbee with your friends.
It's a beautiful natural area!

Well maintained.
Improvement can be a walking trail around the periphery of the park.

This park is a hidden treasure. My toddler loves the creek. Lots of space for them to run and just explore.

Emmerling Park is great, we've been coming here since our kids were tiny. We've explored so much of the creek, found crawfish, etc. Our dogs love the park as well, we've never had a bad trip. It's a good place for a picnic, a soccer game or some time on the sand volleyball court. Across the road is a rugby field and just up the street is a great ice cream stop. They are dog friendly, with delicious treats and good prices.

This was a large park with a lot to offer. There were several smaller sites for individual or group get-togethers, from Individual picnic tables to large covered areas with seating for 40 or more. Little tucked away spots with a grill and picnic table with nearby bird feeders caught my eye as well.
There was the large play area for kids to crawl and climb and swing all of the things that kids like to do :-)
A few smaller areas had other kids friendly things like swings or a slide.
There are quite a few trails, which Murry and I explored much to his delight. These trails are clear, as my posted picture shows, and nicely marked by easy to see paint on occasional trees.
The entire location was quite clean; given what I saw stretched over a quarter mile, that's impressive.
There are multiple waste receptacles and recycling bins scattered about, none of them were full. I tip my hat to whoever is maintaining this site, well done!

With trails included in the Rachel Carson trail, this park is breathtaking. Plenty of close trees to hammock and relax, a beautiful creek meandering through, and several steep hills to get your heart pumping. It's rumored a kingfisher hunts here, too.

Went to a graduation Picnic Party for my Pastor's Son. The Picnic Area was Great for the amount of people who came to the party. Everyone had a good time. We didn't get any rain that day. Would recommend this place to anyone.
