DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Pittsburgh Airport

At the front desk, April was very friendly. She made sure that we had everything that we needed and cared about our stay at the Double Tree Hilton. She has a positive attitude and made us feel welcomed. She went out of her way to fulfill our requests. April thanked us for being a lifetime diamond member. She is a huge asset to the hotel!!

We stayed here for one night before flying back home. The room was clean and cozy. The bathroom was super clean, and the shower was refreshingly hot. There was bottled water in the room, and they offer fresh cookies for your stay. Tony was very helpful and courteous at the front, and assisted us in scheduling the right airport shuttle so we could get enough sleep without compromising our flight times. I would stay here again, and I would hire Tony at my own business to work with guests. Great experience all around.

Had a very pleasant stay here. Rooms have a luxurious feel, they're extremely clean, and they look to be freshly renovated. Pillows seemed brand new. Bed was very comfortable. Slept very well. Staff was very helpful.

Nice clean room, great service, warm cookies, good breakfast and a decent restaurant. Location was very convenient. Overall a pleasant experience.

Great hotel, I wasn’t using it for the airport convenience, but it seems like the shuttle service was well run.

When I arrived to the airport the beautiful cookie shuttle was right there. I was greeted by the driver as he welcome everyone on the shuttle. He also assist with our luggage. When I arrived to the hotel there was two amazing staff Tony and Terri they were so kind, helpful and very welcoming. Which have allowed my stay at Double Tree by Hilton Hotel Pittsburgh to be 10/10! You guys rock!! Thank you for your kindness.

Ideally located near the airport. 24 hour shuttle service. Clean comfortable rooms.

Really nice room. Comfortable beds. Shuttle service getting to the airport was a breeze.

When I feel more comfortable or equally as comfortable as i do atin my own home its 5 stars from me. Comfortable bedding - nice towels - nice shower pressure. Convenient distance to small convenient stores and restaurants.

We stayed here for one night, and had a great experience. We used the app for check in and check out, which made the process a breeze. We also used the free shuttle and that was awesome to pick us up and take us back to the airport.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. I loved the decor and the fact that they provided shampoo and conditioner. The location is awesome, as you are near the airport and several restaurants.

Stopped for a cocktail around 6 ish, I was only person in lounge. Server was exceptional and made me feel comfortable.

Big clean rooms. The hotel was very well kept in general. I would stay here again.

Stayed at the DoubleTree for my nephews wedding. The rooms are very clean and beautiful. My sister in law and I hung out in the bar the night before the wedding. The bartender was great and the drinks were fabulous! The reception was in their ballroom. The ballroom was gorgeous. The food served was absolutely delicious and the reception was awesome! We met for breakfast in the restaurant on the last day. The food again was amazing! Don't get me started on the hotel staff.......10 stars all the way around!!!

We stayed here during their busiest weekend (Taylor Swift concert) and I was thoroughly impressed with how fast they turned the rooms around as I know they were sold out both nights. The staff was friendly. The room was in great shape upon checkin. We received text communication and they answered my 2 questions quickly and politely. I would highly recommend this location based on this experience.

Everytime I stay there is awesome. But this time was even better. The driver Dale went above and beyond expectations to please and make us feel so welcome.
He accommodated needs and even brought extra towels and necessities to our room when it wasn’t his job to do so.
Stacie at the front desk was super friendly and she was 100% attentive as well.
I’ll be here for a couple more weeks in and out so I am sure I’ll be posting more positive reviews.
We even frequented the bar/restaurant and Carly was a blast! Carly and Stacie and Dale has made the half hour drive worth it!
Love this hotel and will recommend it to everyone staying in Moon.

This is a very uniquely excellent Hilton property close to the Pittsburgh Airport!

This Double Tree is a nice hotel conveniently located by the Pittsburgh International Airport. The free shuttle is only a 5-minute trip. The hotel’s restaurant has delicious food and friendly service. The poop and gym are clean. And the outside sitting area out back is a very nice touch.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. As a HH member I was treated special and given so much help and attentiveness. The entire staff including the housekeeper were so amazing and even cleaned my room upon request daily at noon. We always came back to the room to fresh towels, trash taken, and beds made. It was awesome! The ladies at the front desk went above and beyond to help me with all my questions and needs. I wish the hotel had washers/dryers to wash clothes and housekeeping. Other than that it was a great stay. I will definitely stay here again and at another Double Tree hotel in the future.
