Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Airport

Check in/out was easy and convenient. Our room was clean, comfortable and had an awesome view of the runway. The extra pillows we requested at booking were ready and waiting for us and the staff were more than accommodating. 10/10 will stay again.

2nd visit was perfect except two things. App didn’t work. Front desk didn’t help or rather didn’t try. But I Couldn’t check out in morning properly and no one at front desk for several of us waiting for shuttle at 4:30am. I get the early hour but it just felt like no one cares at that particular moment. No coffee in lobby either which made it worse since I already left my room. Oh well. Everything else was good.

Had a great stay. The service here was absolutely exceptional! Especially Tammy at the front desk. My room was clean and quiet, and had a great view of the runway. Room had plenty of charging stations, mini-fridge, microwave, etc. I also appreciated the walk-in shower instead of a tub. Nice fitness center with a Peloton & selection of weights. The pool was clean and the hot tub was a huge plus. Zero issues. I felt comfortable and welcomed here, and will definitely return. Thank you, Hilton Garden Inn!

We stayed at this location for a trip with an early flight. The staff here was very accommodating and friendly. They made sure that we had our shuttle scheduled to take us over to the airport, let us know that we could grab food from the sundry shop in the morning, and let us know there would be fresh coffee available if we wanted to grab some before we got on the shuttle. The hotel and the room were very nice and clean. The location of the hotel was perfect for a quick trip to the airport in the morning. We will definitely be staying here for future trips!

The hotel was clean and comfortable with ample parking and several fast food places within walking distance. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly pleasant from check-in to the restaurant and breakfast the next morning.

The Lyft from the airport was longer than I expected but they have a shuttle service from the hotel to the airport available. I did not see a pickup option hence the Lyft ride.

Nice HGI near the airport. Great friendly staff, loved the omelet in the morning. Interesting robot that delivers food to your room and other services. The fitness center typically nice for a HGI, loved the flooring colors...Go Steelers!!

This place is located in a lovely area super close to restaurants, kit was my first visiting the neighborhood for training. Most people I cam across was friendly. The hotel rep was very hospitable and wanted to make the best of my visit enjoyable

Very impressed with the cleanness of the hotel and the hospitality of the front desk.

Staff is wonderful, rooms clean, bed comfy. Only complaint is the breakfast options where you have to pay. Not paying $8 for bagels or $15 for hot food.

Hotel must be brand new. Very clean. Very friendly staff. We checked in super late due to a delayed flight and had no issues. Beautiful lobby. I would recommend anyone stay here. Several restaurants nearby.
My one complaint is the scent they pump through the vents is a tad excessive. Needs to be dialed back a bit--as it's in each room too, not just the lobby. Sensitive folks may have an issue.

I stayed at the Hilton after a flight was canceled. It was a clean, quiet and comfortable stay. The rooms seem well insulated even with outside plane noise. The staff were professional and friendly. It was a short drive from the airport. They only slight negative was a staffing issue caused a limited breakfast in the morning. I was satisfied with hot coffee and a bagel. An employee apologized multiple times over this. There is also several other food options nearby the hotel. I would definitely recommend staying at the Hilton!

This is SUCH a nice hotel!! The room is spacious (I had the handicapped room), the design is modern, and it’s just a better design than I’ve encountered elsewhere. Nice view out the window (airport side). The window shade is electronically controlled with the wall remote, and there is also a blackout shade you can lower manually. Safe in the cabinet. There’s a switch by the bed that controls the foyer light, which is super helpful, and the light can be super super dim in case you just want to find your way to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Two cordless phones in the room. Keurig coffee maker. Very nice! Ate dinner downstairs at the bar - loved the bar tender/server. She was friendly and attentive. Not a huge selection of food but enough for a hotel restaurant and they had a lovely cheesecake for dessert.

Added: I’m keeping it 5 stars, but just want to point out the tub had serious trouble draining during my shower. My feet were covered in water. After I got out, it took about 10 minutes for the water to drain. I think it has something to do with this orange cover thing capping the overflow outlet, such that air cannot move to allow the drain to function. I tried popping the drain plug up and down - didn’t help.

Came to area for our Foster granddaughters wedding. Bridal party arrangements were made for those traveling from out of town. Blocks of rooms were reserved for those in attendance. Rooms were spacious and accommodating for our needs. The staff was very accommodating and helpful to our needs and questions. Even though it's next to the airport runway, didn't hear a thing. Excellent stay.

Very nice hotel, clean, has lots of places to walk to eat. close to airport. Nice and relaxing hotel. Staff was very kind and helpful. Food was very good also, breakfast was awesome! I will be back my favorite hotel in PGH!
