Vermont Sport & Fitness Club

Great Multi Sport Fitness with a State of the art gym, basketball court, 4 outdoor clay tennis courts, 3 indoor tennis courts, and a welcoming abundance of group classes. Classes include pilates, yoga, kick boxing, spin and tennis. Very organized and friendly staff that coordinates over 20 tennis leagues and contracts per week. Sauna and full locker rooms on site. Great for local residents and those visiting Killington

I was really nervous going to the gym. I’m 295 pounds and I had no clue how to use anything other than a treadmill. I came here and went to the treadmill and I found out that when you join you get two free orientations where they show you the cardio machines and the other machines upstairs and help find what seat / padding number & weight for each machine is right for you. I learned how to use the machines by watching her then trying to go it myself and I found that super useful. It made me less nervous and now I can do the machines on my own. Everyone at the front desk is extremely friendly and the locker rooms are kept clean along with everywhere else in the gym. Basketball courts and tennis room are huge and all of the classes they offer are amazing!! I have done Zumba a few times there and they accept an array of ages which is awesome and I feel very welcomed to be in this gym and the classes. I definitely recommend coming here!

I have belonged to 4 different Tennis clubs and my experience with VSF has been far and away the most enjoyable! The management really cares about members experience and it shows. They are really efficient at organizing and coordinating players and really go out of their way to help new members feel welcome and connect with other players. Grateful am I to have found such a great club.

I knew when I walked in the first day that I wanted to play tennis. I have not been disappointed. Dan set me up with a league. Rob gives me weekly lessons and I have really improved under his guidance.
Now I add in the treadmills to get mileage for 100 miles in 100 days. I have tried the classes too. The instructors are all wonderful. Their patience working with an older client like me is remarkable.

Dan and Leslie and all of the staff are friendly and welcoming. How nice to come in and be greeted by name or asked, "How are you doing today?" I've made so many friends that really support me both at the club and outside.

This is truly one of Rutland's great gems.

We stopped in for guest passes while visiting for the weekend ($15 per day for guests) and really enjoyed the facilities. Tons of space and equipment, friendly staff and an amazing relaxing steam room

Great community! Large facility, really nice staff, awesome variety of classes with really friendly and motivating instructors. They offer childcare for while you workout and a personalized workout program is included in your membership. A clean, friendly and positive atmosphere!

Hands down the best fitness club in town. It is kept very clean, the equipment is up to date, it had a great culture, and it’s packed with classes and resources to help you reach your goals. I definitely recommend this gym.

VS&F is by far the best sports club and fitness center around! I am greeted by warm friendly faces the moment I walk in to the moment I leave. The front desk is exceptional and the overall staff and fitness instructors go above and beyond to make sure I get the most out of my work out. My personal class favs are Zumba with Peg, Group Power with Sam, Cardio Sport with Chrissy and Yoga with Stephanie!

When looking for a health club, there are really no other reasonable options in Rutland besides Vermont Sport. They have experienced and friendly personal trainers, clean equipment, top notch indoor and outdoor tennis courts, a pristine outdoor pool, knowledgeable tennis professionals and even a child care for little ones to play in while mom or dad gets in their workout. The list goes on. Love Vermont Sport and Fitness.

I've been a member since July of 2019 and I have to say this place is great...great staff..clean and friendly atmosphere and a wide variety of exercise and training options! I highly recommend VSF!!
