There is an amazing bbq food truck parked in their parking lot a few days a week. You must try it!!

Probably the most impressive stock supermarket I have seen in Vermont. Great variety and the price didn't break my wallet

I enjoy going to this Hannafords because everyone that works there, is always friendly to me. They also know me and really make me feel good and welcomed. I want to make a shout out to Jamie, Jason(especially!), 2 Josh's, Bryan(liquor store), Kristin, Mary, Heather, Chris, and Shelby-thank you all!

I have no complaints with the new store design and layout. However, we stopped in to get some sushi as it’s always been great. But to our surprise it’s now completely different. I don’t know if they are still making it there, but we noticed it’s not from Bento, but from a new company called Snowfox. It was adequate. Sauce on Crispy Shrimp Roll was way too sweet. Overall not as fresh or tasty as in the past. Won’t be buying it again.
UPDATE: Since I wrote this review, the Sushi is now great! Delicious, fresh and tasty!

Couldn't believe the price difference between this store and grocery stores in Connecticut. This place was way cheaper.

I love shopping at Hannaford's as does my grandson. The variety can't be beat . Many options available Gluten free products as well as so MANY organic options. I like to buy Hannaford brand and earn rewards points . Price points are very important to me .

The Rutland store is so clean. Well stocked and the produce is always fresh.

Starting to adjust to the new layout now that it is done. Seems decent, and it's hard to beat the quantity and quality of options they offer anywhere in town. A bit of a premium on most items, but about what you would expect from the chain.

Super clean, really friendly staff and great selection. I have to say I was extremely impressed with the beer selection, local brews and major brands all available. It was fun tasting local flavor. Fresh meats and pre made salads. Decent prices. And nice big parking lot. We love stopping in anytime we are in the area.

Great store with an impressive selection in every department. Produce, Bakery, Seafood, all beyond expectations. Their beer inventory is the best we've ever seen in any grocery store. And when they're busy (like a Saturday morning), the check out lines were all open and moved quickly. We drove into Rutland expressly to shop here, and the store exceeded our expectations. My wife is finicky, and she was quite satisfied, so all is good.

One of the better supermarkets in Rutland

I have continually been impressed with the Employees here at Hannaford in Rutland. They will go above and beyond, for seemingly minor issues that are most often driven by genuine care for the customer! I also get to witness the massive Donations they make to local Charities and NonProfit organizations- again, Impressed!

I might as well live there. Lol. I need to go there at 3 to 4 times a week for groceries and prescriptions. Just can't go there before a snow storm or a major holiday. You'll be standing in line a loooooong time.

Great selection, convenient layout.

I wish there was a Hannaford's closer to where I live. Their produce is much fresher than at the supermarket near me, which will remain nameless. I was also able to get my favorite Blake's chicken pot pies, which I have not been able to get for several weeks. Update: I was in Hannaford's again yesterday. They are rearranging things, which drives me nuts...but they have people roaming around asking customers if they're having trouble finding things. They slso have signs on the freezer doors stating that the items that used to be there are now in aisle number ___. I found that very helpful. At checkout, the cashier was very friendly snd helpful, and someone else ran over and started bagging - and showed me the bag and asked me if I was satisfied with the way it was packed. I was impressed! Thanks for the great customer service, Hanbaford's in Rutland, VT!

Always enjoy Hannaford's. Wide aisles. Produce is especially good and reasonably priced. Good selection, including health conscious and gluten free products. Helpful personnel. No lengthy check out wait. No store card, but rewards available anyway.
