The absolute best place for baskets in the 'Burgh! I called them last minute in desperate need of 4 baskets for an event I was hosting and they absolutely delivered! Danielle worked with my budget and extremely short timeframe and was able to produce beautiful baskets that our event winners absolutely loved! We will definitely be using them for any future events we have, I could not be happier with the quality of the baskets and the quality of the service.

So, it never occurred to me Baskets of Pittsburgh wouldn’t have a traditional retail store (they don’t). Clueless me shows up today, probably their busiest day of the year, wanting help with two gift baskets. They were absolutely wonderful! So nice even though they must have wanted to kill me. They got me all sorted for the holidays. Thank you so much, Baskets of Pittsburgh. I am so sorry I am clueless! I very much appreciate your patience and your help!!

I have just got to say that I was so impressed with the service I received. Danielle was an amazing help in getting me exactly what I wanted for my little niece that is recovering from spinal surgery. I just have to say I am above and beyond satisfied. And highly recommend Basket of Pittsburgh

Absolutely amazing gift basket! Got it for my mother’s birthday, ordered it a day prior (very last minute lol), thinking it would probably be a week or so before it comes in…and it arrived ON her birthday the next day from out of state. It was perfect and she loves it! I am blown away!

With a variety of baskets available, ordering online was very easy! I found the perfect Pittsburgh breakfast morning basket for a friend having a wedding with guests coming from Asia. I’m sure they loved this taste of Pittsburgh!

We were in need of a last minute gift for a host family in another country and thought a Pittsburgh themed basket would be nice. I spoke to Danielle and she helped create a custom basket for us and made sure it was ready for pickup the next day. It turned out great and it was a pleasure working with her! I have been the lucky recipient of two baskets from baskets of Pittsburgh. My second basket came frozen with exploded soda everywhere. I sent an email to baskets of Pittsburgh to let them know what had happened. The staff were more than gracious with their response offering to replace items damaged and substitute something else for the soda. Highly recommended if you have someone who gets homesick for the 'burgh!

Basket arrived well packaged and in great shape. Items were a great representation of Pittsburgh products.
The scones were sweet and yummy and the English muffins were soft and delicious.
Also included was a loaf of Jenny Lee cinnamon bread! Brought back memories of childhood days!

We held a hockey night happy hour with our employees and worked with Baskets of Pittsburgh to send each employee gift baskets. Stephanie and her team put together 50 amazing Penguins baskets for us and shipped them out to 36 different addresses without a hitch! If you are doing any type of corporate gift, these folks are a pleasure to work with. You can tell they love their jobs, everyone is so positive and friendly.

Well, I've had an excellent experience with Basket of Pittsburgh. I had ordered from them in the past and was happy with my purchases. They are one of the few places who will accept APO packages. I wanted to send something nice to my nephew in Germany for Christmas. After several weeks he had not received his package. Basket of Pittsburgh worked with me every step of the way to track the package and even sent a replacement package at no charge! It turned out there was a mix-up in the mail room at the base, so he received two packages, I offered to pay; but Basket of Pittsburgh declined and included more goodies for my nephew to share with his buddies. Definitely military friendly! Excellent customer service! I will always be a loyal customer!
