I told Jeremy I would give him a review after a couple months so here I am. I bought a gently used car at a seemingly great price and have put over 2500 miles on so far. So far so good. No complaints. Recommended spot for sure 🤙

Jeremy was super nice, fair, and easy to deal with. He gave me a fair price for my used car and, in going through the paperwork, found a service contract from when I bought the car that was I was able to cancel, putting an extra $500 in my pocket! Also, the detailing service is great and significantly cheaper than the other places I checked. I highly recommend this business!

This place was the best by far for purchasing a vehicle. Jeremy is a top knotch salesman who cares and listens to your needs. I've never had a good experience buying cars in the past without going over hurdles and having wasted almost a full day. I was in and on the road in a couple of hours.... this included the test drive. I can't say enough about this place. Thanks for everything Jeremy!

This is one of the best places to buy a vehicle!
Personally I’ve had horrible luck anywhere else in the state of Vermont as far as honesty, truthfulness, and vehicle prices. Jeremy was very straightforward, extremely patient and honest. I’m a little late giving this review but I purchased a 2010 Mercedes-Benz C 300. Jeremy and his crew deserve a huge round of applause for providing the community with one of the best quality vehicles on the market for affordable prices and condition. I still am a proud owner of this car and I couldn’t be any more happy. Jeremy and his crew and the rest of GreenCars Vermont have many of the most top notch vehicles and jaw dropping foreign Cars, SUV’s and Trucks that you’d want to see around. It’s not every day you get to see beautiful clean low mileage and affordable foreign vehicles on the lot in this little city. As for anyone with my five star review, I would highly recommend GreenCars Vermont Period. No ifs Ands or Buts.... I can guarantee you’ll have the same experience! GO GREENCARS VERMONT!!!!!

Well searching to purchase a vehicle. I see a stream of mixed reviews here.
I was definitely going to consider. But after seeing the insane, unprofessional replies to people who leave their their experience, if not a good one they are attacked. That is narcissistic behavior, that you claim your customers are. Just wow. I would never consider buying a car from people with such petty customer service.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!

They sold me a BMW and by the time I got it home the check engine light came on. Jeremy, the sales person, was rude, swore at me and told me I bought a car AS-IS and they won't do anything to help.....I DID NOT BUY A CAR WITH A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON!!!!! They must have turned the light off so they could sell it. I also emailed the owner three times (only form of contact I have) and he (Brad) never wrote back to me. I asked for $700 to pay for a diagnosis fee ($330 from BMW) and my travel and time off work. They were not even willing to give me $700 for something that could possibly cost me thousands. They did offer to buy the car back from me, but I want the car, I just want it to not cost me thousands. Jeremey said "bring it back and I will sell it to the guy that was here the day you bought it".....SO THEY ARE WILLING TO LIE TO CUSTOMERS TO SELL CARS!!!! He would sell it to this other guy with the light still on. This is terrible business!!! If anyone knows a way I can take further action, I would love to know. Thanks!!

My husband and I purchased a truck from Ian on July 7th. We got pre approved for a loan before shopping because we’re on an extremely tight budget, especially now. The truck that fit our needs/price range was too old for the terms of our pre approval so we asked Ian if we could look into financing options through the dealership. We work M-F and it’s hard to take off so Ian has us come back on Saturday to see what we could get approved for. That’s July 4th. We drove over an hour with our toddler to get there. We were asked to wait an hour to hear back on financing, then 2, then “oh, they’re probably closed because it’s a holiday.” That would have been nice to know before we drove over 2 hours with a 2 y/o and wasted our holiday weekend! Ian was new to VT and to his position. We let it go and tried to make the best of the trip. Word on financing comes through on Monday. We had to pull together more than we were wanting to for the down payment, but that was on us and we figured it out. We returned on Tuesday to make the purchase. We arrive at 530 pm with toddler in tow, purchase the truck and say goodbye. As my husband is driving away in his new truck he calls me to say he has to stop for gas. Really? We just made a 12k purchase that will impact our family for 5 years and the gas tank is empty!? Fine. We stop to fill up just down the street and now the truck won’t start. The only thing worse than turning the key to a truck you literally just purchased and have it not start is having it happen at 6 pm with a screaming toddler in the blazing heat. They couldn’t gas us up or make sure the battery is charged... I’m irritated and we don’t have jumper cables. I call the dealership, leave 2 messages - nothing. I drove back in hopes of catching someone - ghost town. The buyers remorse is hitting hard. I give them 2 days to call me back to make sure we made it home okay and apologize at least about the gas. Nothing. Now I call and leave a message for Brad, the owner, or Jeremy the manager to give me a call. Nothing. Again. A day later I call again and leave a message. It’s been over 2 weeks and crickets. I wanted to talk about this experience with them because I’ve been in customer service my whole life and think it’s important to reflect and learn from situations that could have gone much better with minimal effort. An apology and a tank of gas would have made me happy and prevented me from writing this review entirely. Now I’m thinking about how dirty and disorganized the dealership was. I’m noticing that Jeremy’s name is all over my paperwork and Ian’s name is nowhere to be found? Every sound or rattle in the truck sends me into panic. My experience with Green Cars leaves me to believe they don’t respect their clients, strive for excellence or care about their reputation. I bet they never have anyone purchase from them twice. I recommend not even purchasing from them once.

Tried to sell me a car with a loudly ticking motor, was told it "normal". Its absolutely not normal for a car with 50k miles to be ticking. Was told the car was accident free but the hood wouldnt close properly and one of the fenders didn't line up. Id personally avoid this place, plenty of other businesses to buy cars from.
