Yowsa, what a mess. Very little English spoken here, therefore making it difficult to communicate what was wanted/needed. They did not file or cleanly clip my toes, nor my daughters. My daughter had her big toenails surgically removed, they have thrown back at about halfway. They asked me if she wanted acrylic toenails, after many back and forths of them not understanding, I explained again, but no we did not want acrylic I just want you to paint the toenail that is there. I'm chatting with another customer and on my phone when my daughter taps me and motions her eyes towards her toes. I look and the girl is applying acrylic nails. I stop her and say NO, we said NO acrylic! Just paint! Pedicure and paint. I was not rude AT ALL! So the girl doing the nails turns to speak to the woman that seems to be managing everything, they go back and forth and then the girls literally rips the fake nail off my daughters toe. I asked her if it hurt and she said "Yeah, a little!" Which to her, is something because she has a huge pain tolerance. I said " You can't rip it off! Cut it or file or something." The girl said Ok, and used the file. After we were done, we were both disappointed in our toes. My nails were ok, though it took a while since my guy was apparently very new, he had to restart a few nails a few times. Oi!!! When finished they rushed us out because they were closing in 30ish mins. Will not be going back. Overpriced for the service level we received.

When they say they are open , mean while they are sitting there look right at u. Take my business somewhere else. They really dont do a great good. Nails start come off in less in a week.
