Charlie has done the funeral of my brother (2002), my mom (2018) and now my father today (2023). Everything was perfect. He is so caring and made a difficult time a little easier.

Every aspect of our experience was top- notch. The compassion and care was outstanding. They made everything so easy for our family and drove 5 hours to Scranton PA to bring mother back to be buried with Dad. They went over everything with us and left no detail unattended. Funeral home was spotless and flowers arranged perfectly. Thanks to all the Nieds and all the wonderful employees for handling Moms viewing and funeral!

Everyone was incredibly helpful from the planning to the day of the memorial service, especially Paula who really took time with my family to make sure we had our questions answered. She was very easy to communicate with on the phone and by email. Everyone there went above and beyond to help make a challenging time a little easier for my family.

The Nied family is one of the kindest, most caring and compassionate groups of people I have ever known. Services are always professional with that personal touch. The entire staff makes an impossibly difficult period as stress-free and positive as it can be. Truly wonderful people.
