I recently sold some clothes this past week and had the best experience with Stephanie! She was so kind and helpful, definitely will sell here again!

First let me say I am a frequent shopper. I have been shopping/selling here for years.

Tonight I was in to sell. I was greeted by Bree. She was on the phone with another customer but still took the initiative to at least wave to me so I knew that I was being acknowledged. When she was done on the phone she came over very friendly and wanted to know how she could help me and she was very informative and she took her time with myself and I had forgotten to bring two other items and she said no problem. Bring him in whenever we'll be here and we'll be glad to help you. A total sweetheart and a great addition to the staff there.

Now for the bad I came back about 45 minutes later and I was greeted by Debbie and she was not very friendly I asked if Bree was available. Debbie replied very, very rudely she isn't the only one here. We can all do sales. I said I understand but she told me to bring them back to her. Well at the point she pushed my basket onto the counter and walked away with an attitude.

A few minutes later she came back out with Brie and she started to do my buy and I asked. Can Bree do it? Why do you have to be in my order and she said well one does the looking and the other one puts them in which I understand but she was hovering and she was making sure she was in charge of the whole thing when I asked if the other girl could do it instead of her. She said NO She's leaving in 2 minutes at this point. I told her listen. I don't know why you're giving me an attitude but I came in and I was doing what I was asked to do and she went. I know you're in here all the time and I said exactly. I'm a very good customer I should be treated respect as anyone that comes in. I told her you're not doing that and I don't appreciate your attitude and she had an attitude with me from the time I asked for Brie until we walked out of the store

Listen. I know everybody is understaffed. Overworked but that is no excuse to disrespect somebody who is coming into your establishment to do business

I will continue to come to the store because Kelly and Kelly and Mary Sara and Brie are so wonderful. So helpful! So professional But I wanted to make it clear that Debbie is not in that category. She does not belong in the same category and she needs to learn how to have respect for a customer if she likes it or not.

Again Kelly Kelly, Sarah Mary And Mary are absolutely amazing they deserve all the credit in the world and I want to say a special Thank you to bree for being so considerate. So helpful and so caring and I also appreciate her time and her kindness.

I do understand what you are saying, however there are no excuses for Debbie giving me an attitude or treating me the way she did.

Shift leader or not there are no excuses for being disrespectful to your customers.

I love this store. I always find so many great clothes. Super reasonably priced and everything is high quality.

I placed an online order and found out two days later there had been a little hiccup and my order was canceled and my money refunded. I called the store directly because I was disappointed that my daughter's birthday present was no longer coming and I was curious as to what had happened. I was directed to an incredibly kind and knowledgeable girl who discovered the problem and worked diligently (probably past her hours even) to find my gift and had it overnight shipped to me. I would like to give my respect and gratitude to Sasha for her friendly, patient attitude with me on the phone and her level of professionalism that made me want to continue my online shopping experiences with Clothes Mentor. Well done!

Just take my money. I love this store. Anthropologie, free people, altered state. I don't want to leave too good of a review because i want to keep it all to myself 🤣 I used to go here for work blazers, now I buy all of my clothes here.

We came in to shop for my daughter who is starting her student teaching in a few weeks. The staff was helpful and friendly. Even after a mistake in ringing up an item, they were a pleasure to work with. They heard me mention a specific brand of jewelry and went out of their way to find and show me what they had priced but not put on the floor yet. I ended up spending an additional $250 plus. We always have a fantastic experience at this shop and will continue to patronize this location for years to come.

I ordered an item from their website and I went to pick it up- I ended p getting tons of bargains while I was in the store. The staff was really helpful so a big shout out to Kelly, Sharon, Janet and Lauren!! I was impressed by their quality items and inexpensive prices, but mostly by the positive atmosphere of the employees. Great job ladies. And I left with tons of new clothes!

I really want you to know that Helen and Kelly are extremely helpful. They make the time I spend there worthwhile. I look forward to seeing them each and every day I come. They know my preferences and are quick to inform me if any merchandise has arrived that I might like to see. They are two special ladies with genuine interest in pleasing customers. Yesterday I went for their big sale, 90% off their clearance prices. All of their employees (Sharon, Janet, and Elizabeth)were very helpful and kind- helping me to manage my large pile of treasures! I thought I would find a few items, but I found tons of quality brand names at really awesome prices. They even helped me to the car with my 8 large bags. I'll be shopping there lots in the future- many items even had original store tags on them!

The staff at clothes mentor is so nice. They helped me find a dress for my friends wedding. The store is arranged accordingly to size and style which is really easy to find the things you are looking for. The shoe selection is great. I was also able to find a nice crossbody bag to go with my new dress which was amazing! Thank you so much to Stacey for all your help!

I love shopping at this store! It has so much to offer. Lots of fabulous designer clothes, purses, shoes and jewelry. The clothes are always beautifully displayed. The store is always nice and clean. The store clerks, Kelly and Helen, always have been friendly and helpful to me while shopping. The prices are excellent and they have a great loyalty program too for clients/customers. Parking is easy and free. Overall, this store has it all!

First time here and will definitely be coming back!! So many great styles and the prices were unbelievable. I was able to spoil myself even on a tight xmas budget. Helen was super sweet and helped me coordinate some pieces to make some chic outfits. Everything was very in-style including their selection of bags. Can't wait for my next visit!

I fell in love with a beautiful Calvin Kline dress that would typically be $40 at Tj Max, but at this store it was only $12!!!

Also, the owner and entire staff are so friendly and helpful.

Wonderful folks at Clothes Mentor. I ordered a top online and planned on doing an in store pickup. Due to my error, I did not check my email And missed seeing the confirming email form CM staff. After discovering my error, CM staff shipped my item to me. Staff is very helpful, always pleasant and very knowledgeable. If you haven’t shopped at CM you are missing out on some fantastic fashions at great prices. Thanks again CM....will see you soon for more retail therapy.

I’m a frequent shopper here. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of clothing and accessories they have. I’ve never had an issue with anything I purchased and get compliments on things I wear and purses I have. It’s so much “cheaper” than retail prices! A lot of the time the tag is still on the item. Can’t beat that. Highly recommend.
