Very happy with our experience. The staff(Ses) was fantastic even when the system was not. He was able to get things set up exactly as we wanted. I will definitely use this location for all my account needs.

I switched from t-mobile. Didn’t have any major issues with TMobile but their coverage in rural, northern US was not nearly as good as Verizon. John Bokras was our sales rep and he did a great job. Cranberry township, PA

The knowledge the staff has is exceptional. From troubleshooting to ordering/purchasing, all made as easy as possible. Especially Ses. Store is calm, experience is always pleasant, which is so untrue of other stores. My go-to for all things Verizon.

Decided to make the switch from T-Mobile to Verizon due to declining customer care and my interactions with Ses in-store and Alex over the phone were a breath of fresh air. Alex was able to handle my transfer fully over the phone in less than 15min with no issues at all. Thank you to this team and keep up the amazing customer service!

I'm one of those people that hates to change or upgrade a device. So walking in was like going to the dentist. There was one associate and he was working with 3 other customers. I was kind of hoping to just leave. He didn't hesitate to let me know he saw me and would be with me shortly. Within 5 minutes he was working with me and in less than 60 minutes I was out the door with a new device, all apps and data transferred. I can't say enough good things about Ses. I was totally impressed with his knowledge and he truly understood every device that was available to me.
If you're going in I recommend Ses because of the service I received from him.

What an incredible experience. We went in to pick up an iPad that had ordered and ended up spending the day with John and Alex at the Cranberry TCC store upgrading phones and buying hardware. The were the best sales reps and so pleasant and fun to deal with. We always come to this store and today reinforced why we do. Always go to TCC when dealing with Verizon Service!

The kid, but he was in his 30’s. I am late in my 50’s. Was extremely helpful and the extra mile to give me the car charger but I want it. Came out to my car and double checked. It is what I needed. I will be getting a new phone from that store in the next couple weeks

We were at the Verizon in Cranberry Twp Pennsylvania working with Brittany and Ses to buy new phones for our whole family. They were outstanding! Very kind and welcoming, saved us a great deal of money and trouble. They made the updates and transfers very easy. They are experts at what they do and our whole family, including the high school and college kids, enjoyed talking to them. Best customer service ever!
