Eye & Ear Foundation of Pittsburgh

I was on time for my appointment. About 5-10 minutes after I arrived, I was called back. I was prepped for the Doctor and sent to the seating area. Not long after sitting I was led to see the Doctor. My appointment was 9:45 am, I was on my way home by 10:34 am. Excellent timing. Thank you Very much.

I have RP, and this facility has helped me greatly. Today's visit, I worked with OT and Dr. Smith. I am excited about the new technology that will allow me to keep my independence. This is the place to go for low vision concerns.

Great experiences here. Dr. Emily Depew is very kind and caring. She is very professional and thorough during the exam. She explains everything going on with your eyes and sight in a way you can understand. She gives you time to ask questions and answer them. She makes you feel comfortable and makes you feel at ease. I recommend this establishment for your eyes and highly recommend Dr. Emily Depew. She is awesome and incredibly humble.

The receptionist was wonderful nice and helpful. My technician told me exactly what I was going to expect and what I needed to do. He is knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The audiologist technician's were very nice in explaining what I needed to do and helped me do what was required of me.

Very professional and short wait time. Social distancing and mask requirements.

They were kind and easy to talk to. And very thourow to find out what's going on with you. The sad thing about my experience is the parking 🅿. I picked the parking garage that was under construction expectly when I was driving a pickup truck. That nearly didn't fit😉. But what can you do 🙂 your in Pittsburgh ☺. Love it..

I sent an email to a professor/researcher who works at the Department of Ophthalmology at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and got a response that same evening. Very impressed with the research on regeneration of the optic nerve and I hope they will succeed in this area.

Took a friend down for serious eye injury the care and treatment she received was top of the line some of the best health care in the world is in Pgh. Pa so if you need help here you're in great hands

Eye & Ear Hospital is a wonderful, thoroughly competent hospital for ailments of the eyes, ears, and mouth. Very good Doctors with a good bedside manner.

I have always received great care from a staff that is concerned about my health and gives me directions on how to improve it.

Easy to get to.Lots of parking. Staff is polite and friendly.
