Village Tavern and Trattoria

Such a lovely and beautiful place! The waitresses are amazing and they do such a wonderful job! Plenty of space here and the food was delicious! Great for both adults and kids as they have a restuarant and a bar! They also have a patio section for when the weather is nice!

A great experience. There was a large group of us who spent a total of about 4 1/2 hours here. You can draw on the table “cloth” which an adult child like me LOVED. The service was great, the waitress was very helpful and very kind. I ordered a 16” spinach and tomato pizza. The bill only came out to about $15, which is an INCREDCLE price. The one pizza filled me and my boyfriend up and we still took some home. Not only that, but the food was absolutely delicious. I definitely recommend it. A few others at the table ordered sandwiches which all looked tasty. I’m definitely going back to try the sandwiches. Friday nights are karaoke nights and the woman running karaoke was very sweet, I told her that I wanted to sing a song quick before our group had to leave to see a show at the theater, and she moved us to the front of the list. Just an overall great experience!

I go here a lot after work, for a smile and good drinks at good prices. Recently I tried their gluten free pizza crust and it’s really good; super thin and crispy! Say hi to Katie, Lexi, Joe & Robert who will make you feel very welcome!

The bartender was professionalism personified, but I cant stop there she was so friendly warm and welcoming your only option was to enjoy the experince.
The place is relaxed open and easy to feel comfortable, very spacious.
The pizza was excellent!
Cant wait to get back there!

This was the first time I've ever been here. Great cosmos! We visited for a friend's birthday and we just ordered apps. Everything was delicious! There was this white bean dish that was so yummy! I wish I remembered the name. Our server was quick and polite and I loved how open the place is! Will stop again!

Their Saturday evening Jazz jam is lively and entertaining. The food is delicious and the service is very friendly. The pizza is the level of a destination pizza shop. I've greatly enjoyed my couple of visits here.

Their wine happy hour is great. My boyfriend loves the chicken marsala. I loved the Caesar salad dressing but was disappointed that the shrimp on my salad was just kinda frozen cocktail shrimp. Service was great, the owner seems to be a major part of the business which we love to see. I recommend this place to many people at my work.

My husband and I have been looking for a quaint Italian restaurant for awhile now. We discovered Village Tavern and Trattoria by sheer luck. With a great atmosphere , whether you want to sit in a bar, or in a comfortable dining room with tasteful decor, or on an outside patio, set up with it's own bar and delightful entertainment all the time. They cater to your every want and need. The menu is wonderful and we can't begin to say how delicious and authentic the food is. The owner and staff really go out of their way to make sure that your evening is enjoyable. They take a tremendous amount of pride in their business . We highly recommend Village Tavern and Trattoria for your special night out.

Excellent food here. The pan seared Ahi Tuna appetizer was amazing, including the presentation. I've had both the chicken and veal marsala, and both are excellent. My friend likes the calamari and salmon here. The chef is very friendly, and we had a nice conversation with him both times we have been there.

Stopped here by the recommendation of the West End Clinic staff, and got the Village Reuben. Best Reuben I've had in AGES. Everything about it was just right... From the crust on the marble rye to the tenderness of the corned beef. Plus, the fries were perfect: crispy, fresh, and just the right amount of salt.

Friendly staff, as well. Definitely will be back! 😁

Great food. Had the veal parmigiana outstanding. There was a good band. Owners came to the table and were very friendly social and services the tables. A great neighborhood place to eat drink and hang out. Wish I had a place like this near where I live.

Best place! For location, menu quality vs price, ambiance and service, just exactly what you want! Despite The tavern occuping leased space and suffering from a lack improvements made by owner of building, the restaurateurs Terri and Ray are the most incredibly gracious hosts you will ever find. Love this place!

Great atmosphere, super nice bartenders & excellent food!!

We sat on the patio under some heat lamps. It was a cool night but we were very comfortable. The food was very good, and we enjoyed the band. We will definitely go to the Village Tavern again.

Came out of town, from Denver Colorado, and heard about this AMAZING ITALIAN restaurant.

So glad we came here - the food is authentic (stuffed peppers), and the vibe is lovely and classy! Highly recommend.

Ray is the best. Lindsey is my favorite bartender. I play there with Richie Cole. It's kind of more of a community thing and just an awesome atmosphere. Thanks everyone for this place being a treasure.

The food is delicious and the staff is very friendly. Had the Ahi tuna appetizer and fish special. The coleslaw was better than mine! Will definitely go back.

Local joint...not expensive.. casual... friendly staff... very good food...had chicken parmesan was wonderful... lingerie w/red Clam sauce not on menu but chef made it anyway also very good

Can't give you a full review on this place due to the fact I am an employee here, however stop in grab a drink or two and if you're interested in food ask for me I'll be the one on the back making it if not too busy be more than happy to come out and get an idea of what you're looking for food wise, or let you know what it's good...

Ordered the chicken Romano..It was excellent! The amount of food I received was amazing. No way I could eat it all. Very friendly service and staff...Will be back again.
