Such a great “boutique feeling” hotel. The furniture, mirrors, light fixtures, etc were very unique and fun. The beds were incredibly comfy and the sheets felt amazing. The location was great.

On top of that, the staff was good, no issues at all. The bartenders were friendly and generous 😉

If I had to mention anything “negative” it would be that the rooftop floor was being renovated so it was shocking to walk out of the elevator. The rooftop was great, but a fire pit could have been amazing.

But honestly, we had zero complaints, would stay here again, and would recommend this hotel to others.

I had a short stay here - 3 days for business travel. The rooms are clean. I arrived extremely early for an 8 am meeting and the staff were extremely accommodating. The location is extremely close to a lot of Downtown points of interest. Anywhere, I went - it was always 10 min or less walk. Highly recommend this hotel.

The Joinery Hotel was a great experience during my most recent stay in Pittsburgh. My check in was quick and efficient, which I always appreciate. My room was clean, very tastefully decorated, and quite comfortable. The bathroom was superb with a great shower and beautiful sink. From inside my room I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway, which is another thing I always appreciate. I definitley recommend checking out the Joinery Hotel (Curio Collection from Hilton) for your next trip to Pittsburgh.

Absolutely Fabulous! The service was top notch. The hotel has plenty of common spaces that are cozy and private or a place to do some business or work .loved the decor throughout the hotel nice little bits of history mixed with modern. And the restaurant was also fantastic food and service. Seriously the best old fashion I've had in years!

The hotel is beautiful and the service fantastic but the food is above and beyond! The chefs definitely have a passion for their craft and out so much into their offerings . Check out their menu: it changes seasonally! To note: they grill their Caesar (absolutely delicious and flavorful) and their bread pudding w the semifreddo (not gelato, not ice cream) is one of my main reasons for returning every month! Please Don’t ever take that off the menu :)

Quick 1 night stay for my teenage daughter and I. The front desk staff were very helpful with our late check-in & our room was very clean. There's a parking garage right across the street from the hotel, you can also pay for valet. Tried to find free parking but didn't want to drive around too much since it was close to 3AM. Seemed safe.

Rooms are very nice and a good price! 42$to valet overnight though (I think it has in and out privileges). Or you can find a nearby lot for 20 to 25 for overnight with no in/out privileges.

This is the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in. Even with it being right downtown Pittsburgh you can't hear the traffic or honking. Service is top notch. Sarah at the bar is personable and amazing. Will stay here again.

The joinery was lovely and I loved the aesthetic. It was kind of retro in a classy way. In the mezzanine there were record players you could sit a listen to. All of the amenities were good and the staff was great including having multiple check-ins via text. The rooms were a little small but looked great. The bathroom was similarly on the smaller side but very nice. There were also full-size soap/shampoo/conditioner/lotion bottles. One of my few complaints though is that the pillows are terrible. They don't have any shape and flatten so quickly. No neck support at all.

All in all this was a great hotel experience for a good price. Just make sure to bring your own pillows if possible.

Really enjoyed my stay on a recent 3 day business trip. It's a cool vibe with no judgement. Had the roof deck pretty much to myself on a couple weekdays in November, bought a sixer and had food from downstairs 🤘.

I work for a local small business in Pittsburgh. Our clients decide to come in at the last minute. The Joinery was extremely accommodating and the service was excellent in helping us to accommodate them.

I stayed for 2 nights, room was clean I was allowed early check in, attendant and valet were great! Pittsburgh is slow though, a lot of eateries were closed, not much going on.

I stay here every time my work has me travel here on business. The location and accommodations are very comfortable with style. Shanalee and the rest of the staff go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need to have the best stay. It's a high end feel with a local presence. A true Pittsburgh gym for travel.

Great spot in the heart of Pittsburgh. The room was kinda small and didn't offer a view, but it worked fine for me. The Hotel has a great rooftop patio with wonderful views of the city, plus the lounge and bar areas were nice and comfortable, and the food from the attached restaurant looked great. Walking distance to lots of great spots, too. Would definitely stay here again!

The most impressive part of this establishment is the bartender Sarah. The food is very good , but the drinks she makes are incredible. Hope to return again

The staff is so wonderful, they are helpful in any way they can possibly be. We had a to make last minute change to our plans Not only were they accommodating but the ladies at the front desk went above and beyond to help us make a new reservation and get us checked in when our arrival time as well after midnight. The hotel is very pretty and well decorated. Also the restaurant on site is top notch with a fantastic staff.

Carly, Precious, Rich, Ruth, Luke, - they were all great! Our room did not have a microwave, there was not a continental breakfast, and we didn't receive breakfast vouchers, so steak and eggs (Eric) were $19 (and very excellent) and yogurt parfait was $10, so $30 for breakfast every day, expensive for week long stay.

Our room did not have much horizontal space to lay clothes out, so the wife used the furniture, and I put my clothes on ironing board

Staff was friendly and helpful

They should have a wedding on the stage, and have the bride come down the winding staircase!!

Valet was perfect and quick

Perfect downtown area for brisk morning walks, go to "speckled egg" for breakfast!!

Make sure to view the terrace at night!

We spent a weekend at the Joinery and hoped to walk around town and visit the local market areas but it rained all weekend. So we spent more time in the hotel than expected. The restaurant was excellent, food, wine and service was awesome. Our room was small but given the renovation we expected that. The history of the building is very interesting. We also spent time at the bar and Jessica was helpful, warm and friendly. We will definitely be back for another weekend sometime soon.

My first time visiting the Steel City and first time staying at this hotel. I was treated to their Cheers to Beer Sip Tour & Stay package, which was great since I am a big fan of beers and breweries (Pittsburgh's Allegheny county has more than 40).

The hotel was built as the Salvation Army of Western PA back in the 1924, it has a very cool lay out. It also has a great rooftop with great views of the downtown area. In the lobby it has a great library with a great selection of books and a couple of LP players with a great vinyl selection to listen to and relax. It would be nice if they worked with the local breweries to have a better beer selection at the hotel, not one local beer was in site which is a shame.

The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, my only comment is that they need to organize better the furniture, the desk in my room had no power outlet nearby to connect my computer and/or phones. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was good size, standing shower only, no tub.

In the lobby they have an espresso like machine for your coffee fix. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel with decent food.

Overall it was a great experience staying at this hotel and I would come back next time I am in town.
