The owner, Wally, is such a cool person. Kind, friendly and funny. The rest of the staff is always friendly and they work quickly! Small space but they also offer outdoor seating. Love Jitters!

My favorite pittsburgh coffee shop! Great prices for great coffee and friendly service. They are always quick with my order and helpful with recommending new options to try when I cannot decide. Highly recommend stopping here over any other coffee shop when on Walnut street!

I like to find different coffee shops to work at. Everyone here was great! They knew the names of regulars and honestly just were so friendly to everyone. It felt very community oriented. I felt very welcomed and will be back!

Has to be my favorite coffee shop in Pittsburgh. When I first moved here I didn’t stop in for a while, cause it didn’t strike me as particularly cute/trendy. But the people who work there are THE nicest humans. Just genuinely kind. I always feel happy when I leave and had been meaning to leave a review. Plus they make amazing drinks. Thanks!

A cosy place with friendly staff. I like it for working with my laptop. The coffee is also good, and they have a great menu. There are less than 10 tables so it is a small place. I cannot easily talk with a friend in such place, since I don’t feel privacy. However, I almost visit it once a week to complete daunting tasks which I cannot accept doing in home!

Obsessed with Jitters! My boyfriend and I come here at least weekly. Every single drink and food item we have tried has been great. Service is always quick and friendly.

Love jitters. Baristas are super cool and have always showed appreciation for their customers. Both the guys behind the bar are extremely nice and honestly on my worst day still some how get me to talk and even be cordial even though I don’t want to 😂 they are really jovial no matter how early or how late. Plus the coffees great so that helps too. Thank you guys. Highly recommend

I get the pistachio iced latte and it is genuinely one of the best of the best. I highly recommend this coffee shop out of all the ones in the area!

I typically only leave reviews if the place is extremely terrible or absolutely great and this cafe falls on the latter.

I went here not expecting too much, but the service/ staff was so pleasant today with just very amicably and enthusiastically helping you decide what you want and even bringing your coffee to you where you’re sitting.

The decor is also cute and the coffee was great and fairly priced! They also have such a cool variety of flavors if you’re adventurous which I looove!

For those reasons, I just had to let consumers know. I will def be returning!

I’m in from out of town and came here two days in a row. The apple pie latte is so good. This place is really top notch. The coffee is wonderful and the staff is so welcoming. I enjoyed having a laugh here this morning. They’ve been here for 25 years so they know what’s up.

Great place to study or work. Baristas were sooo kind. My drink didn't turn out as expected and my barista went above and beyond to fix it.

Jitters has been around for years and it’s stayed consistently good. There are several options for coffee in this general part of Walnut Street. This is one you should always have on your radar.

Just stopped in for the first time after driving past this place for years now. Evan was beyond welcoming and friendly. He made me a drink based off of what I told him I like and it blew my mind how on point he was. One of the best lattes I’ve had in the city. Thank you, Evan!!!!

Easily the best lates, cold brews and iced tea lates in Pittsburgh and without any of the pretense. Unmatched flavor options like cardamom candied orange, hojita maple, London fog. All their iced tea drinks are made with a homemade tea concentrate too so they aren’t watered down. They’ve got Italian sodas too with are tasty as heck. She might not be the bougiest looking but the staff are friendly, and it’s a great place so get work in or grab a drink to go.

The best coffee shop in Shadyside! Everyone who works here is incredibly kind and the coffee is great. We live nearby - stopping in each morning with my pup to get a coffee on the end of our morning walk is the highlight of my day. TIP: Treat yourself to one of their seasonal drinks, they are way better than what you can get from a larger coffee chain.

This was the only coffee shop open for those having a Christmas walk... They saved the experience for many people in the community that day....They totally ROCK!!!
