Great customer service and follow up from Captain Clothing! I had made a mistake in entering information on the order form to claim a discount. Captain Clothing was contacted and, even after the order had been placed, they provided the discount. And, they kept me informed throughout the process.

They did excellent work on a last minute job. I can't say enough good about this company! From start to finish, they take great care of their customers.

Unprofessional, slow and unwilling to make a happy customer. So I had talked to tessa on the phone where I stated I wanted a shirt in the 1x size . Paper work comes back, I look over the shirt design and approve it. Come to find out they do not have 1x….only xl & 2x. Which should have been clarified on the phone when originally spoken about the design and size of the shirt. This is her response “I'm sorry Angela, but because you approved the work order that clearly stated it was an XL, I cannot offer a free substitute, according to company policy. However, I would be happy to help you in placing a new order. “ I will never order from here again. And I hope you don’t either.

Over promised, wildly under delivered. I'm not sure if this company is incredibly understaffed or just doesn't make good business a priority. Communication was a 2-3 day turn around, I went to try to have our order rectified and thet never responded. I went to follow up 4 days later and the email was "bounced", or maybe blocked which I find pretty unprofessional. Highly encourage taking large business orders elsewhere.

Wow…what an experience and to be honest one I will never go through again. I tried to do the right thing, being a Carnegie resident and supporting a small, hometown business, but never again and I will not recommend Captain Clothing to anyone.

First of all, my order was lost, even though I provided a month notice. I feel like had I not written an e-mail, and called, my order never would have been found.

Second, I specifically requested that the order needed to be in the plant no later than Wednesday at 1:00 PM. Fortunately, UPS was able to deliver as the employees were walking out the door at 12:57 PM but the order was marked as “by end of day” and not given the priority expected.

Third, the leaders in the plant present the T-shirts to the employees last night. I asked them to send me the pictures since I was unable to attend. Here is what I heard from the plant:
• Some of the printing is on the back of the t-shirt and some of the printing is on the front of the t-shirt. Why…that is not what was ordered, invoiced nor agreed to.
• The t-shirts sent were at least 2 different brands, one a much nicer quality than the other
• The t-shirts were at least 2 different shades of safety yellow

I am thoroughly embarrassed and humiliated because of this. The employees that I support in the plant in Maine won a very prestigious award for their performance. I was not able to be there for their award dinner so I spent my own money to buy them t-shirts to recognize them for their performance. They deserve better than what you provided.

If this is how you do business, good luck. I may not have been your largest customer, but to me, it was important.
