Great place where everybody knows your name! Excellent food at reasonable prices. Atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I’m a single elderly lady and don’t make it a habit to frequent bars and taverns but Randy and his staff have always made me feel welcome and comfortable. If you’ve never gone here, you don’t know what you’re missing!

Best steak quesadilla my friend ever had! The french onion soup and breakfast pierogies were also delicious. There is a bar area, dining area, and a few outdoor dining tables.

What a great find! Visiting and just googled food near me and found this gem. Service was great! Didn't wait long before hot food was served. Pretzel sticks are warm, crispy outside and soft/chewy inside, yum! French onion soup, my heaven! Yum! Perfectly seasoned! Burgers are nice, texture is great, need a little bit more seasoning but it's good if you like natural flavor. I'm happy with my meal there. I'll visit next time when I'm back!

One of my favorite places to grab a quick bite to eat. The food is always great. I recommend their chicken rancher hoagie and their Baton Rouge shrimp pasta. The drink specials are always great too if you're not looking to eat. Even their kid menu is great, my kids love eating here.

Visited this establishment for the first time yesterday with my family and oh my, it was so delicious! We were so pleased with the service, drinks and of course the food. Had the special which was Pot Roast and wow! So flavorful and warming. We will be back for sure!

First timer here. I had the Polish Platter. Kielbasa, pierogies, and Kraut. Loved it. Grew up in West Elizabeth and stopped in at the tavern. Great place. Highly recommended!

Googled food near me after a doctors appt and came across this gem! The food was insanely fresh and came out quick! Allison was our waitress and was very friendly/attentive!

A great local family-friendly tavern.
Dennis was a funny and knowledgeable server. The sugar cookie martini was fantastic! The only drawback was the chicken on the chicken rancher flatbread. It tasted unseasoned and boiled and then seared. The rest of the dish was very flavorful. The broccoli cheddar pierogies were yummy and a perfect comfort food. The take out burger was juicy and quality beef. Fries were very good! Both reheated nicely in an airfryer.

Best French onion soup I’ve ever had

What a great time! Food was too tasty to take photos in time. Huge draft beer selection and the outdoor patio dining area was great. We will be back. I can’t believe it wasn’t busier. Dennis was our server… extremely friendly, polite, and made our evening care free. A+

The location was a pretty basic diner-style decor, but very clean and well maintained. The food and service were excellent.

We love the Tavern, it's our Friday date night location. Never had anything that we didn't like. Randy, Allison and Chelsea are the best!!!

It was honestly one of the best burgers I ever had. I'll gladly come back just to eat that burger again.

Food is always fresh and the beer is ice cold!

Great place to grab a bite. Cajun Pasta, Tavern burger and Parm sandwich were all delicious. Servers obviously got slammed right after we ordered but handled it stellarly and were attentive and kind the whole time!! Thank you 😊💗

Ordered here twice so far. Never knew this place existed. Place was jam packed with a band playing. It was loud, but the bartender was very polite and grabbed my to go order.

On to the food. I got the breakfast burger that was phenomenal. I also got the jumbo wings. Not to many places around here offer whole wings, but they were really good. Parking can be tight when it's a full house.

We had a lunch for about 30 people with pretty short notice. Tavern In the Hills was able to accommodate us despite the short notice. The room was great as was the food. The roast beef was melt in your mouth. Highly recommend this place.

I had pierogis and fish tacos. Both were excellent!
