Went for vaccine. They have a well oiled operation there. We never stopped moving until the 15 minute wait after we got our shots. We are grateful to all of the hundreds of volunteers. Everyone was very pleasant.

Good and quick customer service. Ordered 3 items. One of the items wasn't included in my shipping. Contacted support and had a new item shipped out after only 5 minutes of using the online chat. Very easy , very quick. Exactly what you want in customer service.

The store I shopped forgot a security tag on my batting gloves and because I lived so far away, they drove to me to remove!!!!!! This was over the top and best service ever!!!!

Thanks for standing with the majority of Americans and not selling guns that are of no use to anyone. I will never buy anything at any sporting good store that sells these kinds of weapons. You have solely won by business for all of our sporting good needs. Thank you again

As a customer, I’ve seen so many people try to get things for a discount or free because of something that was out of DSG’s control, and I’ve never had a bad experience in my entire 25 years of life at this store. Some people just want free things and don’t care to knock a great business down in the process. I’ll always go to Dicks :) it’s a great store.

Glen Allen store in short pump. They are Top Notch in knowledge, staff and manager Greg. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I will continue to drive an hour and half to purchase from this store. Just outstanding and other business could learn from this team.

Their new ALPINE and DSG line of clothing is amazing.
The Alpine clothing is put together really well, and looks very stylish for outdoor/adventure gear.
It costs 1/2 of what Patagonia, N.Face and Columbia costs.
I would put their Alpine line up against any of these 3 and any others.

So glad 2 see ur decision re control of the products u r willing 2 sell OR not sell thru ur company. I totally agree w ur gun decisions. This argument that ur trying 2 get rid of the 2nd amendment is so off the mark 2 me. Obviously not what u r saying @ all. I wish there WAS no need 4 guns, but sadly this need remains . So glad u set these personal perimeters.

Went to an AHN Clinic for the Pfizer covid-19 vaccine. The staff and volunteers were fabulous and made the whole appointment so easy. Tysm

I went up to get my shot and they were all very pleasant and very helpful because I had a hard time getting in they wheeled me in God bless them

They were very organised the staff was friendly I waz in-and-out quickly. very good process in place
