We scheduled an attendant cremation. Deb did an amazing job to explain every detail during the cremation. The most important, our dog was treated nicely. Deb's place is very tidy and clean. We spent about four hours there feeling peaceful. Highly recommended.

I would really like to give more than 5 stars. Back in Sept. of 2021 she took care of my husbands dog Sparky and we were very happy. This was my first pet to have cremated, Deb walked me through the process giving me plenty of time to understand and explained everything with me. Then two weeks ago when my dog, Sadie passed unexpectedly I knew exactly where I was going. Again Deb gave me time and explained the processes. Hoping to not have to go through this again for a long time, but I will be going back to Deb again.

I am still absolutely devastated by the loss of my dog, Juno. He was diagnosed with aggressive cancer and we lost him soon after and much quicker than the prognosis. He was my best friend and I would do anything for him. So when it came to making his final arrangements, I really wanted to make sure it was handled with care, compassion and trust that our dog would be handled lovingly. -- We first had to arrange for in-home euthanasia (Service provider: Lap of Love) so we called Deb and asked how her process worked and how much time notice she needed. She was able to come to our home after the arranged appointment and pick him up, which was about 24 hours after contacting her. -- Unfortunately this was during covid times, so things were handled at a distance, which is understandable, but hard during such a difficult time. -- However, from the time she arrived, to the time we got him back I know he was handled with love and care. She took great care in the transportation of him, wrapping him up to protect him. She also handmade a custom bag in the color of our choice and fur rose to accompany his remains. He had a lot of fur colors and she was able to capture all of them in the rose. Everything was so meaningful and beautiful. -- I did end up unhooking the rose from the bag to place on top of his urn. It comes attached, which is also a very nice way to display. -- Thank you for everything, Deb. We really appreciate being able to trust in your services and know that you take great pride in caring for the animals you receive and being compassionate with their parents in such a difficult time.— Also the After Care series on grief is a much appreciated bonus.

I recently had to make the heartbreaking decision to put my beloved cat of 17 years asleep due to cancer. I was given a couple choices by my veterinarian to use for cremation services and chose Chartiers Custom Pet Cremation. I called very early the morning after and was pleasantly surprised to speak with the owner Deb who immediately picked up the call put me at ease almost immediately talking me through the options. Deb advised the process may take up to two weeks due to the Christmas holiday. Three days later Deb called me to let me know my cat was ready for pickup because she wanted me to have my baby home for Christmas. I was speechless and thankful at the same time. The presentation of returning the remains included a beautiful handmade cloth keepsake that included a snippet of fur. Very pleased to say the least. I’m so thankful to find Deb and highly recommend her services.

I couldn’t speak highly enough of Chartiers Custom Pet Cremation. This is a one-woman business, and she sure does run it exceptionally well. She was so compassionate and gentle when she came to pick up my beloved dog, Sutton. And when I went to pick up his ashes, she spoke so thoughtfully— the urn was beautiful, the fur and carnation a heartfelt touch. Truly, she made this process as easy and kind as it could be.

Deborah is a wonderful and caring individual who takes great pride in her work! She makes a very difficult time more bearable with her kindness and professionalism!

Chartiers Pet Cremation also offers a series of very helpful Aftercare lectures that are recorded to listen to at a time when one is ready. They are hosted by Veterinarians and Psychologists that have experience in the emotions we encounter from the loss of our special pets.

My Juno was my once in a lifetime dog. I had never considered cremation in the past, but I wanted to memorialize her life as best I could. I am so pleased with the service that Deborah at Chartiers Custom Pet Cremation provided to us that I can highly recommend her!

The bottom line is simply this: If you're ever in need of pet cremation services, you'd be a fool not to contact Deb at Chartiers Custom Pet Cremation.

My parents utilized Chartiers Custom Pet Cremation in the past. They'd always commented how great an experience they had. It was one of those times where I filed the information in my head hoping I wouldn't need their services anytime soon.

As it turned out, our rescue kitten passed away suddenly and unexpectedly. Saying we were traumatized is an understatement. We decided to call Chartiers Pet Cremation. Words cannot explain how thankful we are that we did. Deb and her services are absolutely remarkable. The level of compassion and professionalism exhibited by Deb (I believe she's the owner) was truly amazing.

She was very accommodating, easy to communicate with, and she did exactly what she said she'd do. Absolutely worth every cent and we'd call them again without hesitation.

Deb’s work is beautiful, personal and thoughtful. She puts her heart into all she does from the moment you walk through her door. She is patient, caring, creative and flexible to meet the needs of the loss you have experienced. She takes the time to find out exactly what you are looking for and has so many options available so you find the perfect memorial for your cherished pet from start to finish. I couldn’t be more pleased and if I could give her 100 stars I would! This is Deb’s passion and her kindness and work reflect everything she does. Thank you Deb, I feel blessed to have you here during life’s unpredictable moments. Your caring spirit and creative work have far exceeded what I had expected.

We were devastated when he had to put our shepherd down. His size and hip issues made it impossible for us to take him to a vet's office, therefore we had to plan to have him put to sleep at home. We were very fortunate to have found Deb at Chartiers Custom Pet Cremation. Deb came to our home and took such loving care of our beloved boy. We didn't know what to expect or how the process work but we were very impressed watching Deb do her job. She made certain that everything was perfect and carefully with tenderness wrap our boy up. We carried him out to her vehicle which was a mini doggie hearse with peaceful music playing. Her compassion for our beloved pet was very heartwarming. We highly recommend Deb at Chartiers Custom Pet Cremation.

Deb has been taking care of our furbabies for years. She is a remarkable person who cares deeply for every family who grieves the loss of their cherished family member. Deb's love and kindness is infectious, and I wouldn't trust anyone else to handle our babies' final arrangements.

The compassion and understanding she's provided during our times of loss - Stella, Ruby, Pig, Waffles (and now our crazy guinea pig, Moo, who passed unexpectedly) has helped in ways that can't be expressed, but for which I am truly grateful.

I cannot find the words to convey how awesome Deb is. I took her my Guinea Pig: Jo and she did an amazing job. She treats our fur babies with such care and respect. She was so caring and understanding at the emotions of losing my beloved pet. I highly recommend her services. Its a truly heartfelt experience she provides during this difficult process.

It had been such a horrible time for me in making the decision to have my sweet girl, Chloe, euthanized. It was my vet that suggested calling Deb at CCPC; that she herself had used Deb's services when her own pets died. My story was not a simple one as Chloe had to be taken to the Health Department after. That was the hardest part of the whole process. I called Deb and she told me she would pick Chloe up at the Health Department and I would not have to do that. That she would also bring Chloe to me as I work full time and live on the other side of town. She was very sweet, soft spoken and compassionate. I was very pleased with the services and would not hesitate to use them again.

This was one of the hardest times in our lives. Our Bonnie Dog meant the world to our family. We called Deb early on a Sunday morning. She was so very sweet and came to our home. She went over everything with us. Explained each and every step. She took such good care of Bonnie. Bonnie was taken away in her vehicle with dignity. One of our kids was off at college and couldn’t be home until the next day. On Monday, we all went to her store and she let us say our final goodbyes to Bonnie. Bonnie looked at peace. No one wants to ever say goodbye to their family pets. Bonnie wasn’t just a dog, she was family. Deb understood this and made sure Bonnie was cared for. We would highly recommend Deb with 10 stars. Thank you Deb for caring for our Bonnie Dog during this difficult time.

We just recently lost one of our furbabies and like 4 of them before her we entrusted her into Deb's loving care. We know that Deb will treat her like she is one of her own. She has always been so kind and supportive during these difficult and sad times. We wouldn't trust anyone else to take care of our "kids". Thank you, Deb.

My wonderful cat, Hannah, died while I was on vacation and out of the country. I was devastated. I didn't know what to do. My sister and friend helped me decide to have her cremated. I'm so glad that my friend had used Chartiers Custom Pet Cremation. Deb was so sympathetic and caring. There were several categories to choose from that were affordable. I was grateful for her understanding. When I received Hannah's remains I felt at peace. Thank you Deb for everything.

My beloved cat of 18.5 years crossed the Rainbow Bridge on 10/22/2017. In the past, my dogs were taken to the vet for their cremation. I wanted something more personal for Dappamonet. I found it here. My heartache was tremendous. Deb was very compassionate during all the arrangements. I picked him up today and was so happy to see how beautifully everything turned out. When that time happens again, I will not hesitate to entrust my beloved pet to Debs care again. Thank you Deb ❤

Losing our dog Luigi was a very sad experience. He was a Mastiff. Debbie came to our home that evening. She brought a sense of calm, respect and dignity for our angel dog. She met me in 48 hours with his ashes. She had them presented in a beautiful way. She listens to you and your wishes, I HIGHLY recommend Debbie and Chartiers Custom Pet Cremation. It is a part of life's circle each pet owner experiences. It is how you remember the final details. Debbie is the best!

No one wants to make this phone call, but I had to make this phone call while on vacation in Nashville (no peace or quiet around me). Our dog Rocky passed away suddenly due to his age, but it was unexpected regardless. My Mother and our kids were there to witness and I needed someone out there as soon as possible to help. I reached out at 9:30 at night not expecting to get an answer, but was pleasantly surprised to speak with someone immediately. Options were presented to us and we worked through the details the best we could with a loud environment and the whole process went exactly as described. It hurt us so much to not be there for Rocky, but I must say that I trust he was in very good hands as all the other reviews have shown. THANK YOU for being so prompt and willing to help us in such a bad situation. THANK YOU for your care of Rocky.
