They supply a specialty prescription that I can't get at local pharmacies. They track my prescription and notify me when refill date is near. They ship it to arrive in good time.

I thought I would be writing a bad review because of how my business with them started out. However on the 2nd day of trying to get 2 very critical scripts processed, I was able to speak with care rep James and he resolved all of it for me. I called at 9am this morning and by luck he got my call. I explained to him this was a life emergency. He wanted me to hold on the line while he did EVERYTHING. I was glad to. It took an hour and 35 min but when we finished the call, the scripts were ready for shipping. Thank you James!!!

Coming from Briova Specialty pharmacy, I feel like I'm living in the land of luxury by using CVS specialty pharmacy. I can get to a representative relatively quickly. I then am able to both communicate (don't take that for granted) and have my concerns resolved by the first person I speak with. It's as if a simple process, actually stayed simple. So far every rep I've talked to has been competent.

I think it’s important to separate CVS Specialty from the one in Monroeville. This is the only branch where two different pharmacists/reps solved my problems on two separate occasions. They fought my insurance and called around the country to find medicine that was out of stock at the “local” CVS Specialty branch (NJ) that usually dispatches my daughter’s medication. I have nothing but nice things to say about this section.

I went in for a passport picture the lady was the cashier and she worked the photo department such a nice friendly lady she was very organized. Great job
