Computer Medix

This was the second time I have used Computer Medix in less than a year. Last August was a routine yearly check up. This time my laptop, it was to remove infections, and he also cleaned and updated. Both time I have been very pleased with the work, the speedy return and the bill amount. Thank you, Tim & Computer Medix.

Took my laptop in on a Tuesday morning. Issue was diagnosed on the spot and laptop part was in and laptop finished by Thursday. Very happy with the service. 5 star. Highly recommend.

If you are looking for a new PC customized to suit your specific needs, I can tell you without hesitation that Computer Medix is the place to go! I work from home a lot these days using several different graphic applications as well as rendering software and I realized I was going to need an upgrade to my outdated PC. Well, I stopped at Computer Medix and spoke with Tim about what I was looking for, and in a short while, he not only told me what I needed, but also told me what I DIDN’T NEED--thus saving me money on what I was thinking I had to spend to get a reliable system. I found him to be very knowledgeable, and he has a very honest approach and explains things very thoroughly. Within a day of speaking with him, he prepared a quote for me, and it was a done deal. The PC he put together for me is AMAZING, runs all my software quickly and efficiently and is more than enough to play any gaming software I want on my off time. In closing, I can’t say enough good things about it, so if a new PC is what you’re looking for, or if you’re upgrading an old one, Computer Medix is the place to go! Fixed my son’s MSI gaming laptop! It wouldn’t boot to windows and we couldn’t repair it. Computer Medix was able to fix it at good price! Works like a new computer now!

A few days ago, when I tried to boot up my computer, I got the dreaded Blue Screen of Death. I contacted Computer Medix and talked to Tim. I explained that I recently had knee replacement surgery and thus was unable to take our computer to the shop. Tim said no problem, and later that day, he came to our house to pick up the computer. The next day, he called me to say that he had diagnosed the problem (actually, several of them) and offered a fix, which included a new hard drive and a new (refurbished) computer to replace our (very) old one. I told him to do the work, and the day after that, he brought the new unit back to our house and hooked everything up for us. He also stayed to make sure I was okay with the new computer. I am completely satisfied with the work that Tim did and the price he charged (very reasonable, considering all the time he spent on the job for us). In addition, Tim is is just a great guy. We will be using Computer Medix for all our computer needs in the future!

Quick Update: This past Saturday, I couldn't connect to the Net (got a message saying "no connections available"). I spoke to Tim just now, and he fixed the problem in about ten seconds. The issue, by the way, had nothing to do with the new computer or anything Tim had done; it was with Xfinity, my Internet provider. Once again, great service by Computer Medix!!

Tim is very knowledgeable and responsive. Both times I visited he was compassionate about my situation and worked quickly to resolve my issues. Will definitely go back and refer anyone needing computer repairs. Everything works perfectly now!

I recently took my dying computer to Tim at Computer Medix. Tim was extremely knowledgeable and polite over the phone and took care of the problem with my computer in one day. The pricing was great and they don't take advantage of you. The laptop works great now and is back to life. I would highly recommend calling Tim and the Computer Medix store for and need you might have with you computer.

I have had my Macbook Pro, which is 8 years old, repaired by Computer Medix twice! Both times I could not figure it out and they did a good job of repairing it very fast and affordable! Tim is a pleasure to do business with. He explains your computer's problem and gives you options to fix it in easy to understand language. I will go back and I highly recommend them.

We just love Tim and Computer Medix. My favorite thing about Computer Medix is INTEGRITY. Tim is completely honest and forthcoming regarding the most cost effective solution for our computer problems. He offers his opinion and tries to find the the most affordable, yet effective solution in the problem. We are grateful for Computer Medix. We are grateful that they are close by too......but if not, they would be worth the trip.

Tim was amazing! he kept me in the loop with everything going on with my system and even helped guide me in the right direction with every thing that was wrong with it. i will definitely be recommending Computer Medix to anyone that has an issue with a pc! Customer service done right!!!!

Great experience with Computer Medix! Fast turnaround time, professional service, and they go to great lengths to explain EVERYTHING to you - in layman terms so we know what the heck they are talking about! ;) I got both my desktop pc and laptop fixed within a week and both are running great. Could not recommend more. This is the only place I'll take my computers for repair and the prices are always reasonable. Purchased a custom desktop from them several years ago and it is still running smoothly. Friendly, quick service and they never try to sell you more than you need.
