Great food at great prices. I have never had a bad meal here. Best Chinese take out in Shaler!

First time ordering from here . It turned out to be a great find! I’m not gonna lie ; the look of the exterior in the picture was a turn off. But, I gave it a shot because of good reviews. I had a great experience. I placed an order for delivery and was very pleased by the woman’s patience on the other end , as I had a big order. The price was reasonable and the delivery was quick. The food was better than I expected! I will definitely be ordering from here again!

This place is excellent! Always great food. Their service is awesome! No matter what I get from their menu, it's the absolute best. Have tried just about every place local, but this place does all of their dishes perfect!

We moved 30 minutes away, and still come here for Chinese. I always know that my food will be cooked all the way, and not be too dry. The people that work there do not speak good English, but they don't have too, because I never have to confirm with them, they always have it right every time. I have never had a bad experience here.

The food here is delicious! I come here anytime I'm feeling Chinese or want something quick to eat. Prices are great. Facility needs updated but really, I always pick up so it doesn't bother me that much.

I work closeby, so Hunan King has been our lunch “go-to” for years. Lunch specials are awesome, huge portions for a reasonable price. You can tell it’s family-operated. Always friendly, clean, and I’ve never waited longer than 20 minutes for a lunch takeout order in the past 5+\- years of eating here!
Also during Covid, they constructed their own “take-out bubble” to keep within SD guidelines that was pretty neat.

I think the best part about this place not only besides the food ..is the fact that the owner remembers who I am. I have only been in there a handful of times but every time I go in there she still remembers to ask me how my now 3 month old baby is doing. Every time I order from there she always make sure that it's done to detail. I think this Chinese food is definitely above par. General tso chicken crispy and lo mein are very good. I'm very picky and its always good.

Food is always fresh and portions plentiful. Orders filled fast for pick up.

We’ve lived in the area for a little over a year now and ALWAYS order from Hunan King, the food is always hot, delicious, and service is very quick! I cannot speak highly enough about how this is our favorite take out place!

Quality food. Plain and simple. My go-to chinese take out place. They have the option to dine in, but i always get it delivered( they deliver themselves). I have never had a bad meal from Hunan King.
