Amazingly wonderful people. Their communication was absolutely outstanding through out my entire experience. Timely, respectful, reliable and even better experience than I could have ever imagined. Flawless service! Even though my truck was totaled out they gave me a great price when it came right down to the nuts and bolts of my claim! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I badly wrecked my car (I hit a very large deer), and they got me right in very quickly and without any issues. They are all very friendly, professional, and helpful every step of the way. They always made me feel comfortable and explained everything as it happened. They said it would take at least a month and maybe more because of the extent of the damage, and it ended up being done in just over 3 weeks or so.

The workmanship is AMAZING. It looks exactly like it did before the crash! The paint matches EXACTLY, and everything looks brand new. They even have a lifetime warranty on certain parts as well. If you need body work, these are the folks you want to go to, trust me on that. I'm very grateful for their hard work and dedication. I highly recommend them!

They picked up my car from an accident. Went to get my stuff for it to go to total yard. Receptionist was a very nice down to earth ginger lady. Maybe the owners wife? Just an assumption. They are holding my Bluetooth obd device I left in the car. Excellent environment with drinks provided. You could not ask for more from a towing and collision center. Most are mom and pops you pay the bill in their small garage office if they have one. Not here. Would recommend to anyone.

I would never go anywhere but Bochek’s! I moved 45 minutes away and still brought my car here without hesitation. They’ve fixed my collision damage at least 5 times (usually deer). Last time I came to pick up my car Joe said you know you don’t have to wreck your car to come see us! Hahaha. They always take good care of me and my car 🙂

Their work is excellent. I wouldn't take my vehicles to any other body shop. All the employees there are professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful in explaining all the details.

I had some collision repair work done and while it was there, I needed an inspection and some light bulbs replaced. They were very professional and they are very fair. I will definitely return for my future mechanical and any collision work in the future. 12/3/2021 Just took my Subaru to these guys for some mechanical work. The dealership was going to replace the power window and regulator for an obscene amount of $$, after I authorized Bochek to do the replacement, they found a window molding problem they required a pretty simple fix and saved me a ton of $$. These guys are as honest as the day is long and they will be my mechanics for all future items. HIGHLY RECOMMEND them !!

This company is incredible.
They have worked on me and my familys cars for decades.
Their body work is perfect.
Their customer service is great.
They are truly genuine and trustworthy.
Today they fixed my van quickly and and saved me $500.
I cant thank them enough or say enough nice things about this company.

I have used Bochek's for years for all of the work I've needed to repair body damage to my vehicles. They always do excellent work and they help coordinate with the insurance companies to make sure things flow more easily. Brian is an exceptional help and provides clear information about what is needed to make the repairs and then helps to find creative ways to keep the costs lower. I highly recommend Bochek's for servicing your vehicle, particularly when you have damage and want it to look as good as new after the work is done.

My boyfriend has his SUV worked on here and I was really impressed!! They told him everything that they needed to replace and painted it the exact same color as rest of car. Looks like what it did when he got it from the dealership!

I've lived in Springdale for years and never once saw their truck or heard of them but after my accident and first hand interaction dealing with Bochek Collision I've found a new local garage and tow truck service for my future vechile needs and repairs

These guys did a spectacular job on my car it looks brand new again I can't say enough I don't know these guys and I've never met him before but I certainly would suggest going there and giving them your business because they did a fantastic job

I wrecked my car and they put a new bumper and grill and front fender on it match’s so good it never looked like it was wrecked .. Brian and Scott was so good and left me know all the way what was going on with my car I will continue to go here great job !!!

I can certainly vouch for their collision repair expertise. We've had three pretty nasty collision damage cases we've taken to them, and each time the car in question looked better than ever when they were done with them. And, they were generally nice to deal with.
