Brian is an amazing real estate agent whom we now call a very good friend. Brian exceeded our expectations throughout the home selling process & he is not even in our market! What do I mean by that? We had a luxury home in West Virginia, which is a hard sell(just ask the 2 previous agents we hired) in its own right, but Brian is in PA & FL. We saw the value in his Pittsburgh marketing as a listing agent & felt it was the solution to our problem. He was able to team up with a local agent & utilize all of his tools to get the job done. Something else we loved was he was always quick to answer questions via phone calls & texts from before we listed until after we closed. Since I was relocating from out of state I was unable to go view any of the houses so Brian went out to each house and took videos for me. ON POINT across the board in literally all aspects of conduct . Brian stays very engaged along the way with SEVERAL site visits during renovations to ensure what he is listing that he is as educated as he can be on the product for the buyers and or buyers agents questions . Brian also has great input for finishes and ideas to gran the markets attention faster . The communication was constant and the timing was fluid . We wrapped up renovations , the home immediately was listed followed by professional photos , 3D tour set up and marketing that all line up to a killer less then 2 week offer and contract .
